Special Containment Procedures: Keep this SCP in a 10x10 meter square cube. The cube has 5 cameras one in each corner and one in the middle of the room on the ceiling. this creature needs a living courtiers and anything else that is in a normal apartment and a second 5x5 meter room that can house one van without gas and with a tool box. if containment is broken there is a tracking bracelet on it's right ankle. This SCP is not allowed to be left alone in a room with 2 or less people.
Description: It is a human like creature that stands at 1.6 meters high. it has the appearance of a clown, but the only clown thing about it is the head, other wise it wears a black sweatshirt with a logo that changes, it also wears green tactical pants with black scruffy boots. The mask on it's head seems to be non-removable but under the mask seems to be a normal skull. It drives around in a white van between the time of 12:00 and 4:00 pm at night.
We have tried to make contact with it numerous times but it kept on talking in a weird from of dialect from Russian. We have tried to keep it in a holding cell but every time we look away it is gone. We do not know how it keeps dispersing. we have found out that it has been pulled over multiple times by the local police, and every time they pull it over there is a dead body or a person that has been gagged blindfolded and chained to the floor.
Discovery: It was found driving on the highway in South Dakota when the Mobile Task force Eagle-70 was Driving down the high way looking for another SCP. they found it in a gas station filling it's van with fuel. they smelled something from the van. they looked in the van to find a body in a body bag. when they found it they tried to arrest the Clown and Bring back to the close'st site. when they got back to the site they put it in an interview room.

October/31/2016 The clown has been pulled over by FBI agents.When they did get to the driver side widow the could smell a reached smell, so they opened the back door on the Clowns van and inside they found 5 bodies of young children. they pulled the Clown out of the van and handcuffed him. when they got the Clown to the back of their car to search the Clown they found a 6 inch knife, and a baggie of fingers. But when they got done searching the clown he was out of his handcuffs and he murdered the two agents with is knife and walked back to his van and started laughing a very disturbing laugh.

SCP-xxxx: я перевозил их.( I was transporting them.)
Dr. Cray: Где и почему. ( where and why.)
SCP-xxxx: на склад и есть их, конечно, что еще я буду делать.( to a warehouse and eat them of course, what else would i do.)

Dr.warson: Hello can you speak english or do we need a translator.
SCP-xxxx: No good sir i picked up on this new language when i was staying here.
Dr.warson: Very good, so can you explain where from russia you can from.
SCP-xxxx: Yes but can you tell me your name first.
Dr.warson: My name is Dr.warson.
SCP-xxxx: where is the other Dr that talked to me yesterday/
Dr.warson: Do you mean Dr.cray, and he is not here at the moment.
SCP-xxxx: Oh ok, well I lived in a town called Tula during the 1900 and then i moved to Moscow.
Dr.warson: you are over a century old. what did you do during those times.
SCP-xxxx: During the first world war i was a soldier that fought on the front line until the revolution, and then during world war two i was one of Stalin's generals that he trusted. Then after the second world war i came to america to find a family and a job.
Dr.warson: what did you do during your time here.
SCP-xxxx: i was mainly a construction worker or a baker for a couple of years until i found a person that loved me and i loved them so. after we got married we had a single kid and moved to a state called South Dakota, because i saved up enough money to buy a farm and start growing crops.
Dr.warson: what made you become what you are and why.
SCP-xxxx: The reason i became what i became is because i loved making children happy. and there were some bad people that need to die to make the world better. so in the daytime i was a clown and at night i was a serial killer.
Dr.warson: So you were kind of like batman but opposite. Thank you for answering these questions.
