SCP-038 Is to be used to clone SCP-7999 to meet MTF requirements. All cloned SCP-7999 instances must be inspected before issue for any malfunctions. SCP-7999 clones must be placed in sites incase containment breach occurs.

Description: SCP-7999 is a small cube made out of tungsten with the initials S.C.P it is speculated that SCP-7999 came from another reality where it was developed by the SCP-Foundation to contain SCP's with ease. The cube has a camera, activation button and instructions on how to use it. Several settings can be found on SCP-7999 as well:

Instructions on use: S.I.C.C's² Settings must be set to successfully contain the anomaly despite it's affects. Set the anomaly's: Height, Width, SCP number, (N/A for testing or info-hazard scenarios) the cube's transparency (In cognito-hazard scenarios) and the cube's Anti-Corrosive features (Incase the entity can pass through solid matter or corrupt/destroy it) After setting all settings, aim the S.I.C.C's camera at the entity press the button on-top of the S.I.C.C and throw it.

After testing with SCP-7999 the O-5 council decided to assign SCP-7999 to the MTF units listed above (See Addendum-7999-2).

Addendum-7999-2: Below is an order of the O-5 council:

After debating, the 0-5 council has decided to use SCP-7999 to contain other SCP's. SCP-7999 is to be used by MTF's specializing in containment of anomalies.
All SCP-7999 Copies are to be examined for any malfunctions before being issued.
After containing an anomaly with SCP-7999 they are to be returned into their original containment chamber/area and or if they don't have one they are to be held inside the SCP-7999 copy until a containment chamber/area is made for them.
