SCP-099 is located in ██████████ Singapore which is currently foundation property disguised as one of Singapore's many parks. Personal at no times are to enter the park, if in any case entry to the park is needed it is not to be at night and must be approved by on site L-4 personal or over, if any thing enters the containment area it is to be presumed dead camera checks are still required to prevent leakage of SCP-099.
Description
SCP-099 is what seems to be a shadow of a boy holding a dog on a leash. SCP-099 haunts the ██████████ park in Singapore and will only kill if person enter the park. If said person enters the park at night 099 will appear under one of the lights behind what is now to be know as SCP-099-1, 099-1 will the begin to experience pain almost like they are being bitten by a dog. When day comes SCP-099 will disappear.

Dr.████:"Lets cut to the chase Dr, you're being prosecuted for suspicion being the reason behind 099. Do you have anything to say about that?"
Dr.Ivan:"No no, I understand. SCP-099 really does look like me, you see 099 was originally not meant to be just a boy and a dog, SCP-099 was a morphing SCP which to make it simpler would morph into what ever it sees."
Dr.████:"So your saying it morphed into you and your dog?"
Dr.Ivan:"Exactly. Just one strange this about 099 is that it stays as me."
Dr.████:"Ok…"
Dr.Ivan:"Thats what I think at least."
Dr.████:"Alright i'll show this footage to the O5 and see what they think. Good day doctor."
