Special Containment Procedures: Each month, a new sinner must be killed in a ritual, inside a room with at least one clock in it. The clock must be on the wall and must not be touched during the ritual.
Only two guards with no mental illnesses are allowed to enter the room. A Class D member who killed, raped, or tortured another human may enter the room with them to serve as a gift to SCP-5170.
