Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5459 is to be kept in a 5x5 meter box at all times. No one is to enter the box unless a controlled testing is taking place. 2 armed guards are to be stationed around the box and containment area, rotating every 20 hours. Anyone who is tested, or has been within 20m of SCP-5459 has to undergo a psych brief and debrief, and a day quarantine. SCP-5459 is able to enter others' minds and cause intense emotional distress if in an enraged state. SCP-5459 is agitated and enraged if more than 3 people are in his box. He will stay in normal form if calm, and if enraged may attempt to telepathically confuse others to get himself out or to harm others. Anyone who's mind has been entered by SCP-5459 are to be quarantined for seven (7) days.1 In the event of a containment breach, all personnel are advised to not approach within 20m of SCP-5459 to avoid getting controlled or enraging SCP-5459. If SCP-5459 is needed to be approached, a maximum of 2 personnel may approach. Any Class-D attempting to approach SCP-5459 in a containment breach must be terminated. If SCP-5459 enters an enraged state, personnel must exit is 20 meter telepathic ability radius. After SCP-5459 calms down from its rage tantrum, two (2) MTF agents must approach to attempt to bag the head of SCP-5459. After it is bagged, it will not be able to detect anyone in its telepathic/rage radius and can be safely re-contained. The reason SCP-5459 is so dangerous, is because it is able to telepathically connect to anyone in its radius, and control them. SCP-5459 is invisible while in an enraged state - but the eyes of the victim that it has connected to will appear to light up and glow. SCP-5459 is sentient, and is able to think to a high intelligence level. When SCP-5459 took an IQ test, it measured 115 IQ. SCP-5951 has shown in its █ attempts of breaching containment that it doesn't react to any sort of infliction of harm while in an enraged state. However, when SCP-5959 is not enraged, any means of harm will cause SCP-5959 to react as a normal human would. Security cameras must be placed in the box so all angles can be seen. There must be a 15 meter gap between the box and the walls of the containment chamber and the test control room. The cameras must be recording all day and checked every seven (7) days. Description: SCP-5959 is a tall humanoid measuring 2.21 metres in height exactly. It has extremely pale skin and shows many signs of malnutrition. SCP-5951 is very slim an bony, and chooses not to wear any clothes. Signs of genitals or reproduction organs have not been observed on SCP-5959's body. SCP-5959 is sentient and has been observed to react to questions and actions - SCP-5959 can also speak and understand humans, it is known to speak and understand 191 languages. When SCP-5959 took the IQ test, it was able to write its answers down with no assistance. SCP-5951's face is always neutral, it never shows facial or emotional reaction to any images or objects shown to it. SCP-5959 seems to not show any fatigue or any need to rest at all. While not in an enrage state or being interacted with by humans, SCP-5959 will just stand, staring at the blank wall, perfectly still. This is referred to as its dormant state, meaning it is resting and is not active and/or posing a risk to personnel. This is seemingly its rest and sleep, no other forms of sleep or rest have been observed on camera. SCP-5959's vocalisations and speech are extremely low-pitch and when in an enraged state, can increase pitch dramatically. SCP-5959 tends to babble out incoherent speech often while in containment, even though it is incredibly intelligent.
