It is a humanoid entity, Approximately 2 Metres in height, A Charcoal Military Style Uniform is Worn, no discernable Facial Features have been Noted.
Special Containment Procedures:
Should It be sighted all personnel are instructed to maintain an observation distance of at least 1km and to avoid contact if possible, no means to permanently contain It have been Descovered.
Report:
It was first observed walking in [DATA REDACTED] at 23:34 on ■/■/■ by [DATA REDACTED] it was described as "Ineffable" by direct Observers and all concrete Visual Data has been recorded via the use of Security Camera, it has also been Observed in London, Paris, Washington DC, Kyoto, Berlin, Edinburgh and Belfast, Know Abilitys include; Apparent Teleportation, Reality Bending, Visual Distortion and Telepathy. It is also noted that it will often teleport to any observers and Kill them if they attempt any hostile actions.
Addendum A: Ability Tests.
Experiment A- A D-class was sent to engage It at 06:47 on 03/02/1946 After approaching It At a range of 30 Meters It then sent a telepathic warning to run which the D-class almost heeded before encouragement by observation staff, after reaching 15 Meters It the D-class stopped and fell over dead with no signs of harm to the Corpse.
Experiment B- A Robot was Sent to Interact with It At the 15 Meters mark the Robot Started to overheat and began to glow [DATA REDACTED] and evaporated.
