Object Class: Safe

Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly normal paperback edition of "Think and Grow Rich", by Napoleon Hill. The book shows no anomalous behavior until a subject has finished reading the first chapter of the book. Any reader of SCP-XXXX's first chapter will experience a wave of mild euphoria and, in most cases, enhanced drive to accomplish something. This effect grows linearly with each chapter, until the reader finishes the book.
At this point, whatever the reader believes to be its life goal will be the only thing they can focus on, to the extent that some have even forgotten to breathe for short periods of time. The effects last longer the more a subject reads, though the longest recorded instance was only one week in length. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX's anomalous effect, testing with any Class D personnel with a violent or psychotic background is strictly prohibited.
