Description: SCP-XXXX is a small cat of the breed British Shorthair. The entity has short, dark grey fur. The entity's anomalous properties are not evident from its physical appearance, apart from its eyes, which glow in an orange color. It displays no other unusual visual properties which set it apart from another cat.
The anomaly was found in a suburban home in the province of ███████, Canada. SCP-XXXX was first reported to foundation officials when reports began coming in that residents of █████████ has halted all life activities, including quitting their jobs and schools, abandoning friends, and permantly leaving their homes. The homes of these citizens were all found to be completely empty, apart from the home of the ██████ family, in which all doors were found to be locked, but many people remained in the home.
