Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000-1 is to be contained within a two-point-seventy-five meters, cubed, (2.75m W x 2.75m L x 2.75m H) standard object containment cell. When not in testing, 5000-1 may remain within its containment cell under magnetic lock without the possibility of containment failure. No special-active Security personnel are required beyond regular guard rotations.

Description: (updated █/██/2019) SCP-5000 is a pair of gateways the lead to the same extra-dimensional plane, henceforth known as SCP-5000-XDP.
SCP-5000-1 is a two-point-two meter by one meter by zero-point-zero-five meter (2.20m H x 1.00m W x 0.05m D) wooden door with brass door knob and assembly, hinges, and corner covers. The wood is of an unknown subspecies of oak, and the brass composition is unnaturally pure. The varnish applied is not a recognized form or variation, and appears to be a generic drying oil composed of mostly polyunsaturated fatty acids that do not correspond to any known arboreal species that is commonly (or could be) used to produce it. Despite having a working lock mechanism, there is no key nor does it appear to require one. The door remains locked until presented with a candidate or multiple candidates by an as-of-yet unexplained method.
The first of SCP-5000-1 anomalous features is that it has no frame and stands upright without assistance. No matter how uneven the ground is, the bottom of the object remains flush as if the floor was perfectly smooth.
While able to be moved as would a normal door for containment purposes, SCP-5000-1 will right and relocate itself to the center of a given room once line-of-sight is broken regardless of medium. Should multiple persons be observing the object, SCP-5000-1 will remain as it was left during transportation until circumstances allow it to move unobserved into the center of the room. One person is not able to move the object from its standing position, able to withstand force that would otherwise easily topple a normal door in the same unsupported position. Two or more people are able to lift and move SCP-5000-1 should they approach it without intent to harm. Pushing, kicking, shoving, applying violent force with makeshift or proper close quarters combat weapons, small and large firearms, and explosives have no effect on SCP-5000-1’s upright position nor impart damage to its body.

Procurement: (█/██/2016) SCP-5000-1 was discovered in an abandoned warehouse in ███████, Illinois, after a teenage male (Douglas Schumer, 16) materialized in Site-██’s break room, falling on Agents ██████ ████████ and ███████ ████████ while they were eating.
While Douglas Schumer was under observation, a recovery team was dispatched to SCP-5000-1's location and obtained the object without incident.

Addendum 5000-g: (updated █/██/2019) Upon SCP-5000-2's discovery some three (3) years after the initial discovery of SCP-5000-1, the anomaly's nature was redefined and the original SCP-5000 designation was was modified to SCP-5000-1; the entry was updated to reflect that change.
Justification for SCP-5000’s reclassification from "Safe" to the specially created "Yahraam" is that it is unclear whether or not these are the only two objects, or if there is a chance that they may spontaneously multiply in the future. The current theory states that an unknown third-party may have introduced SCP-5000-1 into our dimensional plane. Until otherwise declared, SCP-5000 will remain at Yahraam classification.
