Special Containment Procedures:
- A talking,growing, Amalgamated potato. Keep in 3 Layers of sound proof potato sacks in a dark cold room, this will prevent growth of SCP-4269 and prevent it from manipulating any other members of the foundation.
- Keep away from any potato based products or any food containing potatoes at all, otherwise it will consume them and grow in size.
- Keep away from any Mr.Potato Head products, or any corpse/body part, for it will use these to gain working limbs.
(SIDENOTE: KEEP AWAY FROM POTATO GUNS. I DON'T CARE IF IT'S IN THE POTATO SACKS. IT ALWAYS FINDS A WAY TO ESCAPE IF ITS IN THE SAME ROOM AS ONE.)
Description:
A talking Potato. SCP-4269 seems harmless at first but is highly manipulative, Having the ability to Have suggestive influence to anyone near it. The only way to escape it's influence is to be either really dumb or to have a strong will. This was learned the hard way when a civilian first encountered SCP-4269.
SCP-4269 can also grow if it were to come in contact with other potato through fusion, or sunlight through what the foundation can only assume is it's way of doing photosynthesis. SCP-4269 gains the tactical advantage of size and can multiply from this making it even more of a nuisance. This can overwhelm any persons in contact with it with more voices or louder voices, seem more pressuring.
SCP-4269 is a functioning Mr. Potato Head, similar to SCP-XXXX that Dr.████ studied. SCP-4269 has the ability to attack not only its base toy parts but also other parts from either toys, or limbs of any creature. It will have full access to the usage of these parts like SCP-XXXX. This can help make it follow the person it's trying to manipulate.
SCP-4269 Can enter any potato gun in a room. If there is a potato gun in the same room as SCP-4269 it will manage to enter the potato gun through what seems to be Magnetic Gravitational distortion. Once in the canon the canon operates as if an invisible person is using it. Should this occur, protect your important parts.
Addendum SCP-4269-1:
On ██/██/████ a civilian came in contact with SCP-4269 on the corner of ████ st and ████████ ave in Ireland. Hungrily he picked it up and took it home. Few hours later subject is home, when SCP-4269 started to interact with the subject. The following is the conversation that went down recorded from ██████'█ ██████ hidden within the house.
