Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4* is to be kept in a 3x3x3 meter containment cell. This containment cell is to be constructed of non-conductive materials such as concrete, polymer, glass, etc. SCP-4* is never to be allowed within 2 meters of any conductive materials. The temperature of the cell is to be kept at 18.34 degrees Celcius and the cell is to be kept at 22% humidity. SCP-4* is to be fed three meals a day. Once at seven am sharp, once at twelve pm sharp and once at 7 pm sharp. The meals must consist of all five food groups, and guards must be present for the meals. Under no circumstances can SCP-4* "save or hid food and water." SCP-4*** will be served as much low salt water as necessary, with the permission of an on-site medical doctor. All utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and trays are to be made from non-conductive materials. The containment cell does not have to contain a clear viewing wall, but it does not have to be excluded from the containment cell. Non-conductive lights are to be implanted in the ceiling of the cell. The lights must be surrounded by non-conductive materials. All agents who enter the facility must be outfitted with polymer and non-conductive materials. Their weapons are to have no conductive materials within them. SCP-4168 is to be checked daily for contraband. No less than three personal are to be in the containment cell. Testing and interviews are at the discretion of the site manager.
Description: SCP-4* is a humanoid male, measuring 189 cm, and weighing 84 Kilos. SCP-4* demands that its name is "Micheal Stone," and goes into a fit of anger when it is called "SCP-4*." SCP-4* exhibits the ability to control and manipulate kinetic and static electricity. SCP-4* also has the ability to manipulate and control electromagnetic fields. The full range of SCP-4168 is currently unknown. During one instance of feeding, while D-6578 was improperly outfitted, SPC-4* was able to release a charge of two hundred thousand volts in a bolt of energy. The bolt hit and instantly disintegrated D-6578. SPC-4*** has shown no limits to its ability to transfer electrical signals, nor have there been any ill effects visible on SPC-4168.
