Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in a 1-meter by 1-meter reinforced bulletproof glass box. The temperature of the containment space is to be kept at a steady 0⁰C. Description:SCP-XXXX is a small, shiny, golden bell on a red string. The bell is not in perfect condition, it is slightly scratched in some areas. When SCP-XXXX is rung, a sonic blast emits from it at exactly 574.53 decibels. When said sonic blast occurs, everything with in a 15.24m radius is shredded down to the cellular level, and everything with in a 4 km radius is effected by the sonic blast.
