Special Containment Procedures: Moved to, Site-96 after an incident at Site-██. Item SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in the Heavy Containment Zone. When personnel enter, no more than one (1) may enter at a time and the door is to be re-locked. Two (2) guards are to be stationed outside of their cell at all times. SCP-XXXX is not to be disturbed unless staff personnel request entry to SCP-XXXX’s cell.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a orange haired, female Cyclops, wearing a green stitched hospital gown. They appear to be in their mid 20’s, and has a rag covering their eye underneath. They have an abnormally wide, jagged mouth that stretches to their cheeks with a tongue that measures Eight (8) inches in length. They appear unhealthy thin suggesting malnutrition. They were found at Site-██ during a low-level breach in an unused room in the facility. They were strapped to chair with a bloody rag over their eyes, and semi-ripped clothing. They were then transported to Site-96 shortly after.
SCP-XXXX is extremely hostile to personnel when threatened or in its general vicinity and has shown to be cannibalistic in nature and will eat anything with flesh such as the following: Humans, Flies, Crustaceans, Arachnids, and Mammals such as deer. SCP-XXXX appears to attack by pouncing on their prey pinning them down and devouring them whole. Soon after they regurgitate the bones and scavenges what they can from them.
When docile, SCP-XXXX appears more doglike. When in this state personnel are advised to leave them alone as disturbing them will cause it to become more hostile. It is shown SCP-XXXX detects people by using smell or hearing. It is advised to mask your scent when going into SCP-XXXX’s cell for any reason. It is also advised to keep your distance.
SCP-XXXX has also been found mumbling things in this docile state, showing that they are capable of speech, but it is unknown what language they are currently speaking at the moment. An interview with Dr.Kolinak and SCP-XXXX is to happen soon when personnel find a way to sedate them.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX appears to have softened up to personnel that enters her cell regularly, most notably, Dr. Ary who has been assigned to them for the time being as he seems to have a calming effect on them.
