Special Containment Procedures: SCP-0000 is kept inside the premise of provisional Site 71 located in Canada, Toronto. Provisional Site 71's premise is to be permanently closed to the public and is covered up as a construction zone, to prevent the public from accessing SCP-0000 combative foundation personnel posing as security from the construction company working on SCP-0000 are stationed at SCP-0000. Local law enforcement can be called if needed, Class - A or Class - B Amnestics are to be administered after duty is done if necessary, personnel lost to SCP-0000 are deemed unrecoverable, no rescue attempts will be made, personnel entering SCP-0000 are to wear bio-hazard suits, and time-telling devices are to be checked to be correct before entering.

Description: From the outside, SCP-0000 is a normal ten story apartment building located in Canada, Toronto, from the ground floor to the 5th floor SCP-0000 is safe to enter throughout 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. SCP-0000 must be vacated before 7:30 AM and locked and can be re-entered and only can be unlocked with two levels 3 cards at 12:00 PM. During the empty vacated stage, sentient entities of unknown origin roam SCP-0000.

The average height for the entities is 2 meters tall with disproportionate limbs and a slender body, the entities do not possess facial features, it is unknown how they eat, or if they even need to. The entities have a grey color to their skin and the skin is reported to be very dry. These entities are known as SCP-0000-1 instances. SCP-0000-1 instances are extremely hostile. Zones infested with SCP 0000-1 instances are usually covered with a slimy substance, and eggs from SCP-0000-1 instances, presumably from older instances, which are presumed to hatch smaller instances of SCP-0000-1, smaller instances are usually underestimated but are as hostile as older instances, SCP-0000-1 instances sometimes strangle their prey, but have been seen using sharp claws they have at the ends of their fingers, the reason of the SCP-0000-1 instances coming out at certain times is currently unknown, it is suspected though that they stay in a certain area and do not leave it, as if it was their territory.

Materials and substances recovered from SCP-0000 are not to be touched without wearing a bio-hazard suit or the proper equipment. Materials and substances recovered from SCP-0000 seem to be covered in some sort of unknown liquid which is currently being testing, contact to skin results in instant death.

Addendum 0000-1: SCP-0000's camera footage has been looked at to try to understand why the apartment is like this, no footage was, it is suspected it was deleted though, at this time, no investigations are in place, and it has been ordered to halt research and exploration missions until further instructions by Dr. ██████.

Addendum 0000-2: At approximately 7:08 AM, A man identified as Shawn exited SCP-0000's 5th floor and was detained for questioning, a brown leather cover journal was recovered from Shawn, see Journal Logs and Interview Logs.

Incident Log: On ██████ Researcher █████ had his watch off by 45 minutes after the doors were locked, he had radioed the following. "Hello? The doors are locked, I need somebody to unlock the-" Researcher █████ is presumed lost to SCP-0000

Incident Log: On ██████, 73 SCP-0000-1 instances had breached containment and killed foundation personnel, 32 casualties, 12 injured, SCP-0000-1 instances had pushed until the end of Site 71's premise and then returned to SCP-0000.

Incident Log: On ██████, Agent █████ started climbing up the stairs to floor 6, disobeying direct orders, Agent █████ was terminated for disobeying commands, a note written by Agent █████ was found on the 1st floor of SCP-0000 that read the following, "Well, its hopeless now, tell my family I loved them or something, I doubt it'll happen though, so I might as well end it now, signed Agent █████.

Exploration Log: D-503921 was instructed to enter SCP-0000-1 with a video camera playing at all times, D-503921 was fitted with a microphone and bio-hazard suit. D-503921 started climbing up to the 6th floor and successfully reached the 6th floor, and was instructed to look around with the camera. D-503921 responded with, "I don't see anything." D-503921 was instructed to move up the stairs. Within 5 seconds of this command, the video camera had stopped playing.

Exploration Log: Exploration Log: D-695296 was fitted with a bio-hazard suit, a microphone, and a Glock-17 loaded with rubber bullets, D-695296 was instructed to go up the stairs until he has reached the 6th floor, D-695296 reached the 6th floor successfully, D-695296 started looking around, and found the mutilated body of D- 503921, around it, was some kind of unknown plant. It was surrounded by SCP-0000-1 instances, however, they were ignoring D-695296 as if they were more interesting in the body, D-695296 was aware of their abilities, so headed up to the 7th floor, the 7th floor was empty, so D-695296 successfully reached the 8th floor, an SCP-0000-1 instance was approaching D-695296, so D-695296 fired 4 shots into SCP-0000-1, 2 pierced the skin, the rest did nothing, D-695296 had fled to the 9th floor. When he arrived, his camera started acting up, but we got a glimpse of another 0000-1 instance, but instead, this 0000-1 instance was 4 meters tall, sitting on some sort of throne. After that, D-695296s camera lost connection.
