Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5### is to be kept in a square, six by six meter room fitted with average living quarters and specialized doors, both requiring input from a control panel in a separate sector of Site ██. The doors are never to be open at the same time. Any personnel entering or exiting the chamber must enter through the exterior door, have said door closed, and after briefly checking the area between the doors for SCP-5###, the interior door may be opened. Exiting SCP-5###'s chamber follows the same process. Personnel must make sue all items bright into the chamber with them are taken out, as SCP-5### is known to steal from site staff.
Description SCP-5### is a Caucasian male around the ages of 14-16. SCP-5### is able to manipulate time in such a fashion that only it and anything it touches can move. when tested, SCP-5### showed its ability to either let the object continue its trajectory, remain stationary (as if to use objects in midair to climb), or to "catch" the item and completely stop all motion. All of these work no matter how fast the object is moving, as shown in video document █-████ (see below) featuring a beretta m9 handgun. All camera and video equipment work under SCP-5###'s effect so long as SCP-5### is touching the device.
