Should SCP XXXX break any rules or violate agreements in addendum XXXX-1, all persons close to SCP XXXX are to be terminated, depending on the situation, O5 members may also be terminated. This is believed to cause SCP XXXX to be extremely flustered and return to the agreement.
Should the above procedures fail, mass use class E amnestics on the human population through memetics is to be approved under emergency situations and all traces of SCP XXXX's hobbies are to be erased and replaced with suitable alternatives that do not affect societal progress, this is to be used under the circumstance that SCP XXXX is using its powers under non malicious circumstance, and upon return to the agreements, the old memories of the populous is to be returned via memetic agents. Should SCP XXXX use its powers in a negative effect to humanity, the foundation is to cause an alternate reality and a ZK class reality failure scenario via all ontokinetic SCPs. This is theorized to cause a 0.01 second delay in SCP XXXX's reaction and allow the foundation to transport up to 14,000 people, the involved ontokinetic entities, and relevant technological data into the new universe and close the loop. The foundation is to restart humanity and plan for a method to resolve the issue with SCP XXXX or terminate it.
Description: SCP XXXX is an asian male of 16 years, measuring 1.79 meters tall and 82 kilograms, SCP XXXX shows highly reduced signs of ageing. Initial testing and interview revealed that SCP XXXX has exponentially increasing IQ, superhuman strength, endurance and nigh-infinite regeneration, no need for sustenance, knowledge of all human knowledge other than that of the SCP foundation and low level reality bending. Further testing of SCP XXXX has revealed that SCP XXXX is omnipotent on a omniversal level and has an inate knowledge of universal beings and a knowledge of approximately 80% of foundation knowledge including redacted and expunged materials.

SCP XXXX has been described by personnel as "friendly" and holds close to Dr Jack Bright and multiple members of the O5 council. SCP XXXX has been shown to have an extreme interest towards SCPs and actively requests to join research team. SCP XXXX has been shown to help the SCP foundation (see addendum XXXX-3)
SCP XXXX's body is found to be very similar to SCP 682 in that it can integrate functions of objects into its body.
