Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber that serves as SCP-XXXX's current abode provided by Site-███ (Site Number removed, see Addendum 4A-1.) SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber is to not have any electronics, posters, drawings, or any non-organic material that resembles a drawn object or "Anime". SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber is equiped H.V.A.C. System operating into SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber for ventalation.

There are to be no Surveillance cameras inside SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber due to SCP-XXXX's sensitivity around technology. Though, surveillance is to be kept outside SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber to prevent unauthorized entry into SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber. Should Unauthorized personnel access SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber are to be given amnestics and their allowed distance from the door outside SCP-XXXX's Contianment Chamber are to be extended. Strictly, only D-Class Personnel are permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber for experiments.

Only authorized personnel with Level 4 Security Clearance are permitted to be aware of SCP-XXXX's exisince and wherabouts. A storage closet containing multiple sets of amnistix are to kept in a 15 meter radius of SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber should information of SCP-XXXX leak.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sapient caucasian humanoid entity shaped similarly to a female homosapien that is currently 1.76784 Meters (5.8 feet) in length and appears to have a teenager maturity. SCP-XXXX appears to have Amethysts Purple colored pili (hair) that is approximately 990.6 Millimeters in length. SCP-XXXX appears to as well has Amethysts Purple irises with oculus that is approximately 25.4 Millimeters in length. SCP-XXXX appears to be pale despite wandering around in visible sunlight for days without dehydration, starvation, or being Anorexic. It appears SCP-XXXX requires oxygen to inhale and exhale in order to subsist. SCP-XXXX takes on the form of a completely drawn humanoid that remains one animated appearance with no recorded change in facial features or any other physical change found external or internal design of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX appears to be unaware of it's difference from other homosapiens.

SCP-XXXX appears to not age even after a record of ██ years in containment and observation though SCP-XXXX's hair does expand at the average speed of a regular homosapien. Attempt to remove the purple color from SCP-XXXX's pili (hair) has proven unsuccessful. Due to further research from Dr. Sky Karren, it seems SCP-XXXX has natural Amethyst Purple hair. Why SCP-XXXX was created or embodied is unknown but it was theorized that SCP-XXXX was created by Dr. Wondertainment but there has been no sufficient proof that this theory is accurate and it is still unknown who or what created SCP-XXXX, further research to find the designer of SCP-XXXX is still under investigation by Dr. Sky Karren. SCP-XXXX has proven to be very acumen, but even with this level of acumen, SCP-XXXX has had no attempted Containment Breaches.

Based on Test 77A-B, it was determined that SCP-XXXX shows animosity towards "Anime" or any other Television Program (See pcsxxxx-456123-XXXX-tests). Homosapiens that come into contact with SCP-XXXX will begin to show signs of acrimony towards "Anime" and other television set programs. After the effects of SCP-XXXX has stained onto the homosapien they will begin to show signs of aggression towards SCP-XXXX. Due to SCP-XXXX's solitude, it seems by observation that SCP-XXXX is going through critical depression.

Addendum 1B-2 (Discovery): SCP-XXXX was discovered due to reports of witnesses reporting of seeing a humanoid entity that they described as "A REAL LIFE ANIME GIRL". After multiple reports, a reporter for the ██████████ Newsletter. This was the first official report regarding SCP-XXXX. After a multitude of reports featuring/regarding SCP-XXXX, the Foundation had been alerted of the series of reports regarding SCP-XXXX and began a mission titled "welikeanime/456123-XXXX Mission Protocol Alpha". SCP-XXXX was discovered at the █████████ Subway located 30 meters below surface level in ███████, Japan. SCP-XXXX peacefully set with the Foundation and was transferred to Site-███ for initial testing.

Addendum 4A-1: Before the anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX were realized, SCP-XXXX was allowed to wander around the Facility but has restrictions to not have ███ with any personnel. Functioning personnel located at Site-███ became effected by SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties hence SCP-XXXX being promoted from Object Class "Safe" to Object Class "Euclid" (See Incident 6A-12). Due to personnel beginning to dislike animated television and computerized programs and refusing the read computerized files, SCP-XXXX was removed from Site-██ due to Incident 6A-12, and relocated to Site-███ but Foundation Personnel below Level 4 Clearance are to note be aware of SCP-XXXX's whereabouts. Site-███ numerical title is to be classified unless accessed by Authorized Level 4/XXXX Personnel to prevent Unauthorized personnel from attempting to make contact with SCP-XXXX. Personnel that came into contact with SCP-XXXX before Incident 6A-12, are to be given amnistix and are to be unaware that they ever came into contact with SCP-XXXX.

███ days, ██ hours, █ minutes, and ██ seconds after SCP-XXXX was sentenced to be contained at Site-███, personnel became exasperated by any form of Television Program or "Anime". It was originally presumed that SCP-XXXX is an Safe Object Class and passes no immediate threat to any organic or inorganic life. After ██ days of SCP-XXXX roaming the facility, personnel began to communicate with SCP-XXXX. After █ Days, said personnel to communicate with SCP-XXXX began to show signs of animosity towards "Anime" or any other Television Program even if the personnel affected by SCP-XXXX enjoyed said Programs before being effected by SCP-XXXX's anomolous effects.

Hello, this is Dr. Sky Karren, current Facility Director of Site-██. Recently after SCP-XXXX was allowed to freely roam the Facility, personnel began to talk to SCP-XXXX. We had to apply restrictions as you probably know from the letter we sent before. I don't think we should keep this SCP here anymore. You see, we have a researcher hear at Site-██ named [Data-Expunged], and he is closest to SCP-XXXX. [Data-Expunged] always had an interest towards "Anime" or any other animated television program. But after about a month of him making visual and auditory contact with SCP-XXXX, it seemed like he became agitated more easily than normal. Dr. Kyle Morgan thought that [Data-Expunged]'s change in behavior was simply due to a potential family problem or the Neutralization of a SCP. [Data-Expunged] was always close to certain SCPs sometimes he would even call them "Friends". We didn't think too much of it because SCP-XXXX had access to wander around the facility but not come into contact with SCP-XXXX-1 of course. I was slightly concerned that he will become too close of a friend to SCP-XXXX to the point were he would help her escape Site-██. I added a lock on a door that can only be unlocked by a passcode that is only given to personnel with Level 4 Security Clearance and [Data-Expunged] only has Level 3.

After ███ days of SCP-XXXX dwelling in Site-██, it seems all personnel that came into contact with SCP-XXXX became as easily agitated as [Data-Expunged]. When we were looking for researchers to run the pcsxxxx-456123-XXXX-tests, no one wanted to do the test and simply said "Ugh! Why that show, Can't you high ranking foundation members find something good to show a SCP." I had the run thes test myself since no one wanted to do this. After SCP-XXXX's reaction to television programs in the test, we had a theory that SCP-XXXX effects the people around it and makes them not like any television program and victims to SCP-XXXX appear to hate "Anime" even though SCP-XXXX is designed to look like a "Anime" girl in real life. People affected by SCP-XXXX become hostile towards SCP-XXXX and say to SCP-XXXX, "You look just as a bad as that stupid T.V. show!" even though they weren't specifying what program. We ran a test where D-Class Personnel came into contact with SCP-XXXX and we found out that when homosapiens are exposed to SCP-XXXX, they begin to show hostility towards "Anime" or Television Programs and show aggression towards SCP-XXXX as well.

I'm sorry if this letter is too long but to sum it up, I don't think we can keep SCP-XXXX at Site-██ anymore. Other Site-Directors and I discussed where SCP-XXXX should be relocated and we have reached a conclusion that your Site is the best place to hold SCP-XXXX. Thank you.

A poster to advertise an Anime Television Show was to infultrate SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber via a D-Class Personnel. The test was hosted by Dr. Kyle Rodgerson. The D-Class Personnel hung the poster in SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber and then was told to stay in SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber to remove the poster once the test was complete. Almost immediately after the poster was placed on a wall of SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber, SCP-XXXX kindly requested that the poster be removed. SCP-XXXX's request was denied and the test continued furthur. After 60,000 Milliseconds (1 minuet) of the poster remaining, SCP-XXXX once again kindly requested the poster be removed. SCP-XXXX's request was denied and the the test continued further. SCP-XXXX began to become slightly agitated. 216000 milliseconds (3 minutes) after SCP-XXXX's second request to remove the poster, SCP-XXXX began to appear more agitated and requested the poster be removed while speaking in an combative voice tone. Dr. Kyle ordered the test complete and the D-Class extracted the poster from SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber.

A Television Set was infultrated into SCP-XXXX's containment chamber via a D-Class Personnel. The test was hosted by Dr. Sky Karren (No other hosts, see Incident 6A-12 Notice). The Television Set was started an animated television program with a specific art style known as "Anime". 15,000 Milliseconds (15 seconds) after the Television Program was activated, SCP-XXXX began to show signs of indignation. Similarly to the first test, SCP-XXXX kindly requested the television set to be removed or deactivated. SCP-XXXX's request was denied and the test continued furthur. 144000 milliseconds (2.4 minutes) after the television set was activated, SCP-XXXX became agitated more expeditiously than the first experiment acquiring SCP-XXXX and once again requested that the televsion set be removed in a more agitated voice than the first test. SCP-XXXX's request was denied and the test continued furthur. 9000 Milliseconds after SCP-XXXX's second request, SCP-XXXX began to tighten it's fist. Dr. Karren ordered the test complete and the D-Class extracted the television set from SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber.

Notes: After initial testing, the television set was incinerated to prevent leaked knowledge of SCP-XXXX to unauthorized personnel.

A D-Class Personnel was permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber. The test was hosted by Dr. ████████. The D-Class Personnel was to enter SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber while being escorted by guards. The D-Class was ordered to communicate with SCP-XXXX. The D-Class did as ordered and simply said "Hello, my name ████ ███████. And what's your name?"

SCP-XXXX faintly responded "Lily."

There was no response for approximately 480000 Milliseconds (8 minutes). Dr. ████████ activates the television set outside the window of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber. SCP-XXXX and the D-Class both adjectently request for the television set to be removed or deactivated. SCP-XXXX and the D-Class' request was denied and the test continued further. After 240000 Milliseconds (4 minutes), the D-Class shouts at SCP-XXXX with an aggressive tone and said ,"[Data-Expunged]". SCP-XXXX did nothing more than move away from the D-Class. The D-Class approaches SCP-XXXX and assaults SCP-XXXX. D-673958 and D-35792 are asked to remove the D-Class from SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber. The command was accepted and Dr. ████████ ordered the test complete.

Notes: Due to this experiment, the Foundation is now aware that prolonged exposure to SCP-XXXX will result in aggression towards anything "Drawn".

SCP-847 was to be infiltrated into SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber via a male D-Class Personnel. The initial testing was hosted by Dr. Sky Karren. The D-Class was ordered to leave SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber once SCP-847 had been successfully delivered. These orders were followed and the D-Class left the radius of SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber. SCP-847 showed no aggression towards SCP-XXXX. After 96000 milliseconds of SCP-847 being exposed to SCP-XXXX, SCP-847 began to activate and show signs of aggression towards SCP-XXXX. SCP-847 began to run adjacent to SCP-XXXX. SCP-847 appeared to assault SCP-XXXX. Dr. Sky Karren ordered that SCP-847 be removed from SCP-XXXX's Containment Chamber. A male D-Class was ordered to remove SCP-847 from SCP-XXXX's Contianment Chamber. The orders was followed as the test was complete.
