Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4380 is contained in a prison cell and is kept under constant surveillance day and night. SCP-4380 is a recently discovered SCP and it is entirely unclear of his abilities but as of recent discovers he seems relatively safe to keep under lower containment conditions.

Description: SCP-4380 is considered by many around the facility as the direct opposite to SCP-096. SCP-4380 is a partially humanoid creature with severely burned skin around his lower left calf and around his neck. SCP-4380 has been documented injuries ranging from stab wounds to bullet wounds however SCP-4380 remains to be unaffected by any damage it has sustained. The reason why many people have regarded SCP-4380 as the direct opposite to SCP-096 is due to an incident during a test of new contain procedures for a classified SCP. During this test a gun was discharged while aimed at a scientist. SCP-4380 seemingly vanished and reappeared in front of the scientist taking the bullet in the right shoulder. SCP-4380 remained silent as he walked back to the guards that were escorting him. A test has been run by Dr.███ and Dr.██████ to see how SCP-4380 would react when confronted by another SCP with a follow up interview with SCP-4380 regarding the encounter.

SCP-4380: "Hello ██████. Its been a long time hasn't it"
SCP-███: "█████, So you've come out of hiding. Or did you get captured here as well?

Foreword: The SCPs appear to know each other and remain seemingly polite to each other despite having very different personalities.
SCP-4380: "I go where we are. I am merely an observer to our end goal.
SCP-███: SCP-███ let's out a small chuckle "An observer? Is that what you are calling yourself now? You think the others see you as that?
SCP-4380 remains quiet and refuses to talk.
SCP-███: "Your silence speaks volumes. Your time will come soon enough."
Closing Statement: SCP-4380 is removed from SCP-███ containment area. Results from this experiment are staggering because SCP-███ is an extremely aggressive SCP either killing or injuring any personal that comes into contact with it. Both SCPs talk like they have met previously to this event even calling each other by name. SCP-███ speaks very cripticly at the end of their encounter. A follow up interview with SCP-4380 will be conducted shortly.
