Special Containment Procedures: The only possible way to stop the output of numbers from SCP-XXXX “The Tower” is to shut down any and all power to the facility. Note: This Containment Procedure may not always work (See Addendum 2)
Description: SCP-XXXX “The Tower” spreads across ██████ frequencies at once repeating numbers at random that string from 1000-0.
SCP-XXXX “The Tower” causes anyone who listens to any frequency to feel an eminence rage and tend to go into a violent frenzy on anyone nearby. Once the frenzy is over the subject affected by SCP-XXXX via the frequency to immediately lose any and all vital signs then slowly begins to emit a smaller barely audible version of the same frequency they were sent into the frenzy by. (Please see Addendum 5)
If multiple D-Class listen to the any frequencie(s) at once they still will hear a girl / boy depending on their gender.
Any other frequency besides [DATA EXPUNGED] causes the person(s) to bleed from their eyes from a un-hearable screech from the other frequencies.
Any and all male D-Class personnel claim to hear a young girl saying the numbers but any and all female D-Class personnel claim to hear a young boy saying the numbers (D-Class later report seeing a little girl / little boy following them depending on which voice they heard).
From further inspection of the audio of every frequency besides [DATA EXPUNGED] shows each iteration of each number is original and unique.
MTF personnel who access (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower” see it as a normal radio tower except from the recording / broadcast room, any and all MTF personnel have never came back from the recording / broadcast room. (See Addendum 3)
Addendum 1: (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower” and “███████” (███████) along with”███████ █████████” (███████) may never under any circumstances communicate with each other.
Addendum 2: Once all power is cut off from (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower”, (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower” about 22% of the time (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower” will remain on and will apply effects of frequency [DATA EXPUNGED] to all other frequencies thus shutting power off to the facility is a final resort all O5 Administrative operatives on site must give permission to disable the power to (SCP-XXXX)
(There is no known way to explain why “The Tower” powers itself).
Addendum 3: (SCP-XXXX) “The Tower” is to not be entered by anyone besides D-Class personnel and MTF units.
Addendum 4: MTF units are not to enter the recording / broadcast room under any circumstances.
Addendum 5: Anyone who is affected and [DATA EXPUNGED] by SCP-XXXX outside of SCP-XXXX itself are to be incinerated in the site their corpse is currently in
