SCP- or as he claims to be "Dr Kedge" was first sighted on March 27th 2001, though his current age has come up in interviews with SCP- . These statements have remained a consistent 25 (both physically and mentally) despite considerable time passing. After confirming SCP- is indeed human with vigorous X-rays and MRI's detailing an average 25 year-old male. "Dr Kedge`s" current documented anomalous properties are as follows:
- A vast knowledge of the Foundation, although no current documents exist involving this SCP before his appearance other than this page
- The ability to predict the future
*No apparent aging
- Teleportation
When further questioned about his lack of ageing stated: "It`s all down to wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff". Containment procedures are as follows: If attempting a breach of the site, sedatives have been proven most effective. At no time should be physically be harmed as he will activate what he calls his "fail-safe". Staff are forbidden to ask what his fail-safe as has demonstrated an ability to teleport in a similar manner to SCP-173 although highly advanced. As for final containment procedure, at no point should be fired from his position on the Foundations ethics committee or as his position as a Foundation researcher due to his friendliness to the Foundation. While working for the Foundation demonstrates gratitude to his co workers.
