xxxx is to be kept in a 5x5x7 meter metal container that Is at least 3 inches thick, xxxx is to be regularly talked to and entertained, it should be permitted to explore the safe areas of the facility bimonthly.
Description:xxxx is an approximately three meter tall male human skeleton,reanimated by unknown means,it has a spherical ball of purple light inside it's skull, it's voice has been described as similar to the fictional character 'skeletor' although xxxx claims to not know who that is.
It was first reported in the various areas of the Kamchatkan peninsula in Russia, as soon as being found it came up to plain clothes agent and introduced itself loudly as 'Girasha The Great' it stated that It was searching for its friend 'Rickolas' and gladly came to site when asked. After asking for a description of this Rickolas it was searching for, Rickolas was described as a human with a height of 0.9 meters, likely with proportional dwarfism, black hair and green eyes. There is nobody alive with that name and description.
Xxxx is jovial and compliant to the foundations requests, it is also useful for experiments as it feels no pain as a result of having no nerves. Because of this we have learned that it is not able to be destroyed by any means known to us, it's skeleton seems to revolve around the purple light in its head and any time part of its body is destroyed the matter comes back perfectly and bonds instantly with the rest of the skeleton in a matter of seconds. Even if it's entire body is destroyed, the matter will come back and reform in the exact same shape with the purple light in the same place as if nothing has changed.
With tests we have approximated that xxxx is 5000 years old at the least, though xxxx seems to remember nothing before it was reanimated, and does not remember when or how that happened either, it does not fully comprehend how time works and so we do not know how long it was searching Kamchatka for 'Rickolas' but it has been determined to be over a decade, it is evident that it has just been searching the same area as it was just going around in a circle because of xxxx's severe lack of intelligence,though it only realised after we asked him why it only stayed in Kamchatka.
Xxxx has shown a very short attention span and has attempted to break out dozens of times simply because it was bored, xxxx has shown to be able to exert over 2000psi of force with his bare hands despite having no muscles, when questioned about its escape attempts it states 'I'm not finding Rickolas by just staying here' after a month of containment and the foundation seeing xxxx as relatively harmless Dr mentioned that there was no such person as Rickolas, xxxx promptly dismembered Dr and then breached containment, though was recontained without incident.
