Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 4759 is to be kept for testing purposes. It is to be stored on-site within a secure locker. Acces is limited to personal level - 3 and above. No other personnel should be seen using the object.
Noise capturing machines are placed near the object should it ever start making noise without anyone getting into contact with this object. If this is to happen agents are
to be sent out to check on the anomaly.
If the object needs to be moved gloves or similar objects will be used to keep human tissue from touching the object to prevent it from screeching.
If an interview process is currently underway while using the object rooms with sound proof walls are used as the object can make screeches up to 120 decibels.
Description: SCP - 4659 takes the form of a standardized Amazon Echo model originating from 2015. The object is around 24cm in height and having a diameter of around 8 cm. The object is painted black and is made of plastic and different metals. Instead of the amazon logo being displayed on the bottom of the object instead it has the name brand Intery.
Although at first appearing to just be a normal Echo device it is able to function without any power at all such as batteries or electrical wiring. SCP - 4659 has also been observed to talk at random and sometimes even have conversation with itself. However these are often nothing more than simple Hello's
The object functions as a normal echo as long as no one is currently min contact with the object. However it will give off stranger answers than standard machines would, the object also portrays having a darker tone of voice.
If any human is to come in contact and touch and/or hold the object a loud metal snapping noise will be made immediately followed up by a screeching metal noise. The machine will then not produce any noise for around 3 - 15 seconds in which it well then break the silence by speaking secrets that the one who touched it withheld.
When revealing secrets the object will mimick the coice of the one who touced it however it will have a more distorted tone when speakign than the one who had touched it. If a mute person or one who can not speak comes into contact with the object it will instead mimick the voice of the previous user who had come into contact with it.
Individuals who have confessed to everything and currently do not possess any secrets have different effects upon touching the object. When they do the object gets into an angered state beginning to screech violently and starting to turn a shade of red instead of black. The object will the proceed to shut itself off and won't be able to be used for around 2 hours - 2 days.
Addendum SCP - 4659 - A: Discovery
After mass reports of people going deaf around an industry region in southern China. The location was finally nailed down to a backroom in one of the factories producing the Echo machines. While at first appearing nothing was unusual a box was found laying in the corner of the room sealed tight in a box.
Once the box was opened it was found that the speakers found on the side of the object had been taped up to try to force it to stop screeching. However this didn't appear to be a very effective method to keep sound from getting out which was noted when the object was first grabbed.

Response By The Object: SCP - 4659 started mimicking the personnels voice and shrieking: YOU KILLED YOUR DOG, YOU KILLED YOUR DOG!
Additional Notes: This was something that hadn't yet been discovered however by checking their home at █████ agents were able to find a dog that had been buried in their backyard.

Response By The Object: SCP - 4659 began by looking confused but then angry as D-2530 had no secrets left. The object began screeching as high as it could go and went up to around 120 decibels. The interview had to be cut.
Additional Notes: Soundproof walls have been added to the interview room if anything similar is to happen again.

Response By The Object: The object began its routione of metal noises before mimicking their voice. SCP - 4659 began screaming the phrase YOU MADE YOUR CAT SUCK YOU OFF, YOU MADE YOUR CAT SUCK YOU OFF!
Additional Notes: D-1428 has now ben proven guilty to more crimes than he had been convicted of previously. The sick bastard
