Description: [SCP-4797 is an area of space that resembles a large rectangular prism, 5m x 5m x 20m. It is completely transparent and emits no sound. When any matter comes into contact with SCP-4749 it ceases to exist, the only apparent exemption is light. When living subjects were exposed to SCP-4797's effect, they showed strong symptoms of phantom pain syndrome, feeling overwhelming pain in the flesh that was affected. Human subjects with severed limbs to SCP-4797's effect had said that they felt as if they could still control said body part, they could supposedly contract and detract their muscles as they would regularly. Subjects who had their brain removed through the method of being exposed to SCP-4797 could still control their body, flailing and convulsing uncontrollably. Once strong painkillers had been administered, they had become distinctly less agitated, all movement had ceased when the subject had supposedly died of blood loss.
