And being able to Create/Remove any cognitohazard. SCP 4368 name is Ima Fukuda, Japanese in origin, but has an russian accent and speaks english. [British English].

Addendum 4368-11 The reason Scp 4368's containment procedures are listed as "none" is because of the common knowledge in the foundation researchers that all researchers get normal researcher living quarters.

Addendum 4368-12 The First building created by Scp 4368 is currently the home of 4368.
it was allowed by O5-██ on the conditions that 4368 can't use its "powers" outside of the foundation.
A guard must be inside Scp 4368's home to make sure that she would not use them outside of the foundation.

Addendum 4368-14 Scp 4368's family is unknown, so we cannot find out were the anomalous affects come from. [More useless facts! -by dr bright] Scp 4368 is fond of cats. especially Maine coon cats. it has a liking to the Cat SCPs in containment. Scp 4368 is also fond of SCP 053. and is immune to scp 053's affects. [I wish i had those powers -by dr Bright.]
