It was recovered in [REDACTED], New York, after a man had found a dead victim of SCP-XXXX, who believed had his hand cast in wet cement, which dried, resulting in excruciating pain for the victim, who reported that upon touch of SCP-XXXX, his right hand turned to concrete.
When a living organism touches SCP-XXXX, the area of the organism that touched SCP-XXXX will experience a cold feeling on the affected area, followed by what upon further inspection, appears to be a material that is very similar to concrete, will "grow" from the skin, up to a size of 3 centimetres. The organism will then start to feel an excrutiating amount of pain, that lasts up to 3 hours
