In the case a phenomenon has spread too wide to be properly stopped, Zeta-5 will persuade the populace to believe that SCP-XXXX is being faked as part of an alternative marketing campaign. If this method does not effectively contain knowledge of SCP-XXXX, Zeta-5 and any additional task forces are given permission to employ direct usage of airborne amnestics to erase public knowledge of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous effect stemming from indirect observation of events not otherwise perceived by any human. Methods required to observe SCP-XXXX’s effect are obtuse and thus rarely stumbled upon by the general populace, but the pervasive nature of SCP-XXXX permits its anomalous effect to be replicated at any location. As such, SCP-XXXX is for now uncontainable.

The current most efficient method to observe the SCP-XXXX effect is Procedure-5517-Leading the Blind. Procedure-5517 employs the use of two (2) individuals, one totally blind (henceforth referred to as the subject) and the other perfectly sighted (the observer), and one (1) retinal implant capable of converting ocular imagery into a machine-readable format. The implant must not restore vision to the subject in any capacity. The implant will then be set to record and the subject be allowed to face towards areas both observed and unobserved by the observer. SCP-XXXX will be present in the recording produced by the ocular implant. This effect will manifest itself as an apparent X-ray vision in parts of the recording allowing adjacent test chambers and occasionally very distant locations to be seen. Invariably the parts of the recording exhibiting SCP-XXXX will be the areas of the test chamber not observed by the observer.

Addendum: As of 2/10/2020 Procedure-5517 no longer produces anomalous results. Recordings made prior to 2/10/2020 are unchanged.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2449-1 is to be kept in a humanoid isolation chamber at Site-██. The chamber will have an airlock used to provide SCP-2449-1 with regular meals and toiletries. All meals delivered to SCP-2449-1 must be served on non-reflective dishware. All water delivered to SCP-2449-1 must be dyed such that it becomes non-reflective, even in large quantities. SCP-2449-1 may not to be contacted under any circumstances.

Testing with SCP-2449-2 is disallowed. Any Foundation employee found conducting tests with SCP-2449-2 is to be demoted to D-Class and administered Class D Amnestics.

Description: SCP-2449-2 is a universe that can be accessed by any conventional mirror. SCP-2449-2 is almost perfectly similar to our own universe with the exception being SCP-2449-2. SCP-2449-1 (formerly Researcher ████████) is the only known difference between SCP-2449-2 and this universe. All attempts by anyone besides SCP-2449-1 to travel into SCP-2449-2 is met by an equal attempt in the opposite direction from SCP-2449-1.

Discovery: SCP-2449-1 did [DATA EXPUNGED] with mirrors which led him to fork from the SCP-2449-1 instance in SCP-2449-2.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1010-J is to be contained on Dr. Jergen's person between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00pm. At all other times it will be contained either within the inner pocket of Dr. Jergen's jacket, or Dr. Jergen's Desk drawer. All requests for testing on SCP-1010-J are to be directed to Dr. Jergen.

Description: SCP-1010-J is a ██████ brand pocket-watch. It has three hands and a standard 12 hour clock face. SCP-1010-J tracks time more accurately than any clock of its make or type should be able to. SCP-1010-J displays no other anomalous properties other than it's unusual accuracy. Dr. Jergen has theorized that SCP-1010-J is linked in some way to quantum particles which fluctuate at the same resonance as the flow of time, which gives rise to it's anomalous properties.

_Test 1010-J-A - ██/██/19██_

_Purpose: Test the accuracy of SCP-1010-J against an atomic clock located in Japan.
_Procedure: The location of the tips of SCP-1010-J's hands will be tracked by a miniature laser guidance system. The current location of all three of SCP-1010-J's hands and the current time at the atomic clock in Japan will both be measured at exactly the same time.
_Results: SCP-1010-J's hour and minute hands show 10:10 and SCP-1010-J's second hand shows exactly 27.04929586930592 seconds the same time recorded at the atomic clock.

_Test 1880-B -██/██/20██_

_Purpose: Test the accuracy of SCP-1010-J against multiple atomic clocks.
_Procedure: The location of SCP-1010-J's hands will be tracked by 3 redundant miniature laser guidance systems. The time at three separate atomic clocks will all be checked simultaneously with the current location of SCP-1010-J's hands.
_Results: The average of the time recorded on all three clocks was 10:10:27.0492958689509 seconds. SCP-1010-J was off the average of the three clocks by exactly 0.355 nanoseconds. The standard deviation between the clocks was 56% higher than the deviation between any one clock and SCP-1010-J.

_Test 1010-J-C -██/██/20██_

_Purpose: None (test was accidental).
_Procedure: Dr. Bright accidentally switched his own pocket-watch with SCP-1010-J and did not notice the mistake until the end of the day.
_Results: Dr. Bright was late to every appointment he had that day.

Closing Statement: Dr. Bright will attend at least three seminars on the necessity of punctuality and timeliness. This incident demonstrates that it is every individual's own obligation to be cognizant of the time, as even the most accurate clock in the world cannot help if one doesn't make the effort to check it often enough.
