O5 Council-Dr. Geoffrey Babel/Site45-Site01

Foreword: After the recent uproar of leaked secrecy between the Chaos Insurgency and SCP Foundation, a council meeting has been called by request of O5-1 and by suggestion of the SCP’s Researching Director, Dr. Geoffrey Babel. The following meeting log consists of conversation relating to security procedures and protecting the SCP and its information from lurking Foundation personnel and hostile Group of Interests. A video call has been setup with Dr. Geoffrey Babel, the camera aimed towards the O5 Council turned off. Only distorted and low pitched audio can be heard on Dr. Geoffrey Babel’s end. The O5 Council at Site-01 have given the SCP's Research Director an all clear and that they are ready for the meeting.

O5-1: Greetings, Dr. Babel.
O5-6: Before we begin, Dr. Babel, do you agree to the terms of this meeting that you will have Class-B amnestics applied to ensure the secrecy of ourselves?
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: Yes, O5-6.
O5-6: Good.
O5-4: Now, Dr. Babel, I can not ensure that your Special Containment Procedures revision will be introduced to the SCP and its files as my committee members deployed to Site-45 must also go through this vote to evaluate its ethical terms.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: I understand, O5-4. I am introducing the revision of the Special Containment Procedures for this SCP to the Ladies and Gentlemen of the council as I do not believe the security of this SCP is as significant as it should be. Chaos Insurgents were nearly able to just walk in the room after gunning down those guards. We are lucky enough to have Class-A amnestics ready for deployment inside that chamber or an internal security emergency could have occured.
O5-6: We understand this Dr. Babel, and after reviewing your file here, it seems that you have been directing this SCP’s research since 12/4/████ before the Site Superintendent: Dr. Frederick Carlyle requested to change Dr. █████ "Iceberg" ████ to direct the research of SCP-[DATA-EXPUNGED] in the █-Block.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: That is correct, O5-6.
O5-1: Well, Dr. Babel, please begin your revision request.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: As I’ve said earlier, it is too easy to get to the SCP. Though we have done our best to secure it with the guards we have there, it still needs more. O5-10: Okay, okay, okay. Now, you’re trying to say that rather my Alpha-1 guarding the important packages at Site-45, you want them to defend your SCP? Yeah, no. Too add on, Nu-7 is an “infantry” force for the SCP Foundation, they don’t guard base. I see you haven’t studied your task forces before coming to speak with us.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: No, O5-10. I wasn’t told to either, all I have is the information inside of my terminal.
O5-10: Understandable. Either way, I command the Mobile Task Force and its task forces, and I am saying to you that you need to look towards O5-12 and ask for his “elite” Special Control Unit.
O5-12: Mhm… I do see why you'd need that, Dr. Babel. While I think it is a good idea to revise our Special Containment Procedures for SCP-4472, do you have any changes on their defensive positions? I don't even know if it is the best of all ideas because my SCU is has some classified detail…
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: I would like to say, that I have gone over the public pieces of your elite Security Department unit and have considered it being moved to that empty room down in the █-Block a9-█ sub-block.

Dr. Geoffrey Babel: I hear a silence, something bad?
O5-4: I will go over it with my committee at Site-45.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: If you don't mind me asking, O5-3, there are ventilation systems that can be relinked to the Class-A gas amnestics, correct?
O5-3: I'm not sure, Dr. Babel. I will get one of my Internship Supervisors at Site-45 to look in to it.
Dr. Geoffrey Babel: Then I suppose we are done here?
O5-6: I think we have what we need.
