revision 3 upgraded priority of the decription of SCP-5XXX-04 to top priority to prevent possible upcoming XK-class scenarios. Observation by staff with clearance level under 3 is not to be allowed. containment of SCP-5XXX-01 deemed unnecessary and SCP-5XXX-01 subsequently incinerated.
