Special Containment Procedures: scp 5021 is to be kept in a small box size 244.5 x 159.5 x 5.7 mm relatively it's own size. The box is to be made out of aluminium as to not use its anomalous powers to draw in any personel in a 20 m radius.
The box is to be kept in a room the same size as Scp 860. The door is to lock from a observation chamber that is above. The observation chamber has a thick glass observation floor so doctors assigned to the designated SCP may watch from a safe distance. The walls of the containment room are to be 21.4 inches thick.

Description: SCP 5021 is an old tablet that's make and brand is unknown. It was discovered on the 1st of [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]at a old abandoned factory that used to make sofas. It was discovered when reports of wild animals and disappearing people were shared. MTF unit [ REDACTED] moved on site and found the SCP. It has remained in containment ever since.
SCP 5021 has the special ability of transforming humans. When any personel of either gender looks at scp 5021 (not in a image) they see there favourite animal. After 3 mins they start to change. Depending on what they saw the personel now starts to change into the animal. After 10 minutes their hands and feet have turned into the animals talons/feet/claws/paws. If it is a reptile or animal without any hands then they have merged with their chest. After 21 mins the subject will become the same colour as the animal and depending if it has fur, feathers etc they will also have started to grow. At 34 mins the subject will either shrink of grow. At 46 mins the transformation of the full body will be complete and they will no longer be able to speak only make animal specific noises. At 76 mins or 1 hour 16 mins the subjects brain will have changed so that from then on they act as the certain animal normally does in captivity.
