Item #: SCP-XXXX-J
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-J Is to be kept in a 20 by 20 meter standard Euclid containment cell, surrounded by 4 armed guards at all times. Guards should act in pairs, as to avoid
any attempts at deception made by SCP-XXXX-J. SCP-XXXX-J should be monitored by 4 cameras placed at the top corners of the room, and if SCP-XXXX-J is suspected to be acting in a suspicious manner, it is to be reported immediately to the current project observer. Every morning, at 9:30 AM, SCP-XXXX-J's room is to be thoroughly searched for any contraband, or attempts at escape. If any evidence at an escape attempt is found, it should be reported immediately to chief of security at the current site where SCP-XXXX-J is being stored.
Description: SCP-XXXX-J is a male of Caucasian descent who claims to be Jeffery T. Redford, approximately 1.7 meters in height, and weighing 83.4 kilograms. SCP-XXXX-J has no noticeable features other than a repeatedly noted "sketchy demeaned". The anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX-J are still currently unknown, however testing is still ongoing under the supervision of the current project observer, Researcher James F. Nguyen.
SCP-XXXX-J has been interviewed 334 times, however all direct transcripts have been redacted by site manager Teresa S. Little, due to suspicion that they could possible contain anomalous effects, or be a method of some kind of escape. It is to be reported however that in 327 of these interviews, SCP-XXXX-J has expressed discontent, anxiety, and boredom over his containment, and confusion and anger of the reason of his containment.
SCP-XXXX-J previously rented an apartment at ███████ ████ in Staples Minnesota, where it stayed alone with 2 cats. Both cats were apprehended on January 7th, 2016, upon which they were interviewed, which proved ineffective. They were then investigated for anomalous properties, which proved ineffective as well. The cats were then delivered to SCP-XXXX-J's employer, as no record of living family could be retrieved. When interviewed about his family, SCP-XXXX-J answered that he lived with his mother as a young child. This answer is under ongoing investigation, which has so far proven effective.
SCP-XXXX-J, under observation of cameras, has been observed, "looking around suspiciously", "pacing his room in a dubious way", "sneezing in a very disrespectful way", and "looking very suspect", among other complaints. When informed of these comments, SCP-XXXX-J is most usually upset, and often complains of the unfairness of his situation.
Recovery: SCP-XXXX-J was first taken into foundation custody, following his arrest in Staples, Minnesota, under the charges of extremely suspicious behavior. SCP-XXXX-J was arrested by police officer Damian R ███████ on the night of January 1st, 2016. Though no offences were officially committed by SCP-XXXX-J, it was noted by all police station employees and officers, including field agent Ryan C. █████, that SCP-XXXX-J had been acting very suspiciously, and need to go through further investigation. It was only after 4 days of investigation that agent █████ handed him into foundation custody.
Opinion Report: Well, most reporters are supposed to stick to just the facts, but in the case of SCP-XXXX-J, I believe that this report is necessary in justification of foundation activity. I have personally interacted with SCP-XXXX-J, during interview ████, █/██/████, and can personally say that it's activity is both highly dubious, and personally offended me in various ways. While he is not yet anomalous, it is very clear to see that it is trying to hide something from the foundation (most likely some anomalous property it holds), and we will not cease investigation until it reveals this information. SCP-XXXX-J seems to be a danger to society, I do not know exactly why, but, I can just feel it. All my instincts tell me that SCP-XXXX-J is suspect in some grand way…
NOTICE: Researcher Michael J. ████████ has been disciplined for adding personal opinions to an informational report, however the section has been left on order of James F. Nguyen - reason: valuable information.
