Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-5072 is to be contained in a 10m x 10m square humanoid containment cell decorated to look like a small child's room at Site-26 in the Australian Outback. There is to be a small pet enclosure included in the room. Toys for both SCP-5072-A and SCP-5072-B are to be provided and rotated every 3 months for enjoyment. Both SCP's are to be given food and water 3 times per day. SCP-5072-A is to also be cleaned up after it defecates.

In case of a containment breach, SCP-5072 are to be guarded until other SCP's are recontained, in case of a complete site evacuation, SCP-5072 are to be evacuated.

Description:

SCP-5072 is the designation given to SCP-5072-A and 5072-B, SCP 5072-A is a young Staffy breed of dog of about ten weeks of age. SCP-5072-A has the ability to transform any creature that harms SCP-5072-B temporarily into a small squeaky toy (SCP-5072-2). After approximately [DATA EXPUNGED] hours, the creature transformed will go back into its original form. If any of parts of the chew toy have been ripped or destroyed, the same physical damage will occur to the creature.

SCP-5072-B is a small caucasian girl of 5 years. An accent and skin tone suggest British origins. SCP-5072-B seems to have a link with SCP-5072-A and they have displayed basic communication with each other through telepathy.

SCP-5072 were both found in [DATA EXPUNGED], Western Australia. They had lived with an unstable father who had often attacked SCP-5072-B. On █/█/█ a reported disappearance of the father had attracted a nearby police department to send a group of officers, these men were found a few days later and had sustained serious injuries. After the officers had gone missing, this attracted the attention of Site-26, who sent out a task force to secure both SCP-5072-A and 5072-B. After █ of the members were transformed, the rest of the task force became more passive and escorted SCP-5072 to Site-26.

Dr. Maas: Okay, Cassie, what happened just before your father went missing?
SCP 5072-B: Well, it was late, dad had just come home, smelling weird and stumbling around. I was playing with Rocky
Dr. Maas: Rocky?
SCP 5072-B: My Puppy

Dr. Maas: Oh, SCP-5072-A, please continue
SCP 5072-B: When dad came in, he smacked me, he, he hadn't done that before. I could sense something was wrong, as Rocky came up to him, and, and, well, daddy became a chew toy.
Dr. Maas: A chew toy?
SCP 5072-B: Yeah, a little while later some policemen showed up, and they seemed aggresive, they tried to shove me around they also became chew toys!
Dr. Maas: Interesting, what did you do after this all happened?
SCP 5072-B: We ran away, into the streets, there were other people there, like Ms. Morris, who also lived on the streets.
Dr. Maas: What was it like living on the streets?
SCP 5072-B: Cold, always cold, I couldn't really sleep, I could tell that Rocky was cold as well, so I cuddled up close to him and made sure he was warm, we looked after each other.
Dr. Maas: Was that when we found you?
SCP 5072-B: Yeah, You and your big people came and took us here.
Dr. Maas: Do you like it here?
SCP 5072-B: Yeah, its more cosy and warm, and I have a big girl bed that me and Rocky can cuddle up in.
Dr. Maas: Thats great Cassie, we will take you back to your room, here, have a lollypop for being such a good girl.
SCP 5072-B: Thankyou!

Closing Statement: SCP-5072-B was then taken back to her room and reunited with Rocky, the pair then seemed more at ease.

Results:
D-Class personel is transformed into an instance of SCP-5072-2, after [DATA EXPUNGED] hours, the D-Class personel is transformed back.
Analysis:
It seems that SCP-5072-A is aggressive to anyone who attacks or harms SCP-5072-B, as if SCP-5072-A is a guardian.-Dr. Maas ]

Procedure:
A D-Class personel is brought in and instructed to attack SCP-5072-B. Another D-Class personel is then brought in and told to rip a part of the newly created instance of SCP-5072-2's left leg.
Results:
D-Class personel, when transformed back, has a serious injury on his left leg and is quickly rushed to the infirmary, where he is successfully operated on.
Analysis:
Interesting, It seems that anything done to instances of SCP-5072-2 occur to the original creature.-Dr. Maas ]

Procedure:
A D-Class personel is brought in and told to attack SCP-5072-B, SCP-5072-B is told to try and stop SCP-5072-A from attacking.
Results:
An increased use of brain power is detected coming from SCP-5072-A and SCP-5072-B, they seem to communicate with each other, SCP-5072-A stands down.
Analysis:
Well then, that means a basic telepathic link has been established between SCP-5072-A and SCP-5072-B has been established, this would be useful in case of an attack that SCP-5072-B doesn't want or need SCP-5072-A to be included in.-Dr. Maas ]

SCP-5072-B: I think, she was a writer? I remember being taken somewhere by plane

SCP-5072-B: I think so

Dr Maas: What about your father?

SCP-5072-B: I was told that I showed up on his doorstep

Dr Maas: If he didn't like you, then how come he took you in?

SCP-5072-B: I, I don't remember much, but there was a woman with him at the time, she was also nice. But then she was gone, and then Daddy started coming home later and smelling weird.

Dr Maas: What about Rocky?

SCP-5072-B: He was with me

Dr Maas: Didn't you name him?

SCP-5072-B: No, he was already named Rocky, maybe by Mummy, whoever she is

Dr Maas: Well, then, I don't know

SCP-5072-B: Can't you use all your sciencey stuff?

Dr Maas: Science isn't magic Cassie

SCP-5072-B: Then use magic!

Dr Maas: Cassie, you know we can't to that

SCP-5072-B: I want to know my mum!

Dr Maas: Ok, take Cassie back to her room

After this interview, personel who provided her food were transformed and SCP-5072 both attempted to escape. SCP was then recaptured at Gate A and was taken back to containment. At this point other research staff recommended an upgrade to Euclid (Approved). Dr. Maas was also not allowed to see SCP-5072 without a weeks notice.

Dr. Maas: Unfortunately Cassie, I can't just accept that
SCP-5072-B: Why not?

SCP-5072-B: Please!

Dr. Maas: Just let me ask these questions then Cassie
SCP-5072-B: Ok,

Dr. Maas: Thank you, wait-actually, before we start, I just remembered. I noticed something when you tried to escape
SCP-5072-B: What?

Dr. Maas: That even when you tried escaping, you stopped your puppy from attacking any of the people transformed, you didn't let anyone get hurt. In fact, no people were injured or hurt during the incident. Why?
SCP-5072-B: Well, I didn't want anyone to be hurt, or be put back for their life, not like me

Dr. Maas: Well, for a 5 year old that was surprisingly mature
SCP-5072-B: 3 and a half!

Dr. Maas: Chuckles If you say so Cassie, now lets get on with these questions

Closing Statement: Some privileges have been reinstated such as being able to go to places around the facility, however, areas around Gate A and B have still been restricted. Also, SCP-5072 will still be classified as Euclid due to her past not being fully understood. Dr. Maas is now able to go to SCP-5072 anytime without a weeks notice.

Addendum:
As of █/█ /█ SCP-5072 has taken to sleepwalking out of her quarters and talking in her sleep. During one of these events security personel are to escort her back to her quarters and put back in bed.
