Dr Markhor's Proposal - Humans

It is important to preface this SCP file by adressing its unorthodox tone and structure. These changes are demanded by the very nature of what is described in this file. Originaly, the special containment procedures were naturally followed by the description, but it ended up creating a narrative issue, as the file read as a narrative structure, revealing in a twist that the SCP was humans all along. It is now a known fact that narrative structures have an impact on the real world. I would like to share with you the age old story of the vain prince missing up for everyone and crashing his kingdom into disaster. At the Battle of Austerlitz, brilliant veteran general Kutuzov had an anomalous item in his possession that should have enabled him to win the battle by casting a lasting fog on the battlefield for his well positioned artillery to wreak havoc on the French forces. He uttered the following words: "What could go wrong?" What followed was the total defeat of the Russian and Austrian forces, because in part of the vain princes accompanying him in this campaign who irrationally charged into battle against Kutuzov's wise orders. During his conquest of Russia, Napoleon was heard saying "What could go wrong?" Murphy's Law is one of the most powerful influences in narrative structures. What I'm trying to say is: don't mess with narrative structures. This file was writen in such a way that the fact humanity is SCP-001 does not become a shocking reveal. So there you go. SCP-001 is humans. Big shocker right? Yup. Have a nice day.

Description: SCP-001 is the entirety of humanity. All homo spaiens, whether they work for the Foundation or not, are SCP-001-1.
