Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to stay in a one cubic meter acrylic box on its side, it is to be locked when not being tested. When testing with class D, guards are to keep their weapons aimed at holder until SCP-XXXX is put down.
If damage is done to SCP-XXXX container, it is to be held in a standard container chamber with no sentient SCPs with two guards posted outside until the damage is repaired.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard kitchen knife with a blade that is 20 centimeters long and 3.8 centimeters in width (from edge to spine), the handle is 10.3 centimeters and made of Ziricote wood.
When SCP-XXXX is used to cut something, it doesn't cut, the first layer of the substance is untouched and any material between it gets severed to the molecular level, the effect stops once it reaches the last layer with it also doesn't seem to affect.
Addendum-01: The following are test carried out with SCP-XXXX that are available, other tests will be posted as they are carried out.
• When cutting through a class D’s wrist, the skin of the subject was completely unharmed, however, muscle, bone, and arteries were severed with no resistance.
• When cutting through an orange, the orange peel was not cut and the inside fruit was severed completely.
• A solid ingot of titanium was used to test how durable the blade was, SCP-XXXX cut through the ingot leaving a paper thin amount of metal on the outside, while the inside was cut with ease.
The things SCP-XXXX can not cut through are unknown as tests with other SCPs have been postponed under the argument that may damage either SCP.
