Special Containment Procedures: Due to an agreement made between SCP-4707 and the Foundation, SCP-4707 is allowed to be a free member of society, if SCP-4707 is to ever expose its anomalous properties to the public, a cleanup team is to be dispatched and witnesses are to be amnesticized. Whenever called, SCP-4707 is allowed to freely roam the site as a Class C personnel. In case of containment breach on the site on which SCP-4707 currently resides, SCP-4707 doesn't need to be evacuated with the help of staff as SCP-4707 is more than able to protect itself and help staff.

Description: SCP-4707 is a Caucasian male, standing at 1.9 meters tall. SCP-4707 has demonstrated precise telekinetic and teleportational abilities (see Addendum 4707-01 for clarification), which it can manifest at will. SCP-4707 also has the ability to feel matter and objects in a 58 meter radius, which means that SCP-4707 doesn't have to see in order to use it's telekinetic abilities.

SCP-4707 skin is impenetrable by any means and appears to be immune to blunt force trauma. SCP-4707 was formerly contained at Site-88. Before containment SCP-4707 didn't manifest any teleportational abilities, but when contained, within minutes SCP-4707 manifested a spacial anomaly and escaped containment approximately 36 miles away from Site-88. Multiple containment measures were implemented none of which were sufficient in containing SCP-4707.
