Description: SCP-4138 is a shower head found in a Home Depot in ████████. It has been seen to leak what has been sampled as Hydrochloric Acid. It has been put in a glass case due to its endurance to most acids.

Addendum: Addendum-1: D-9832 was sent in to "Take a shower." When used it expelled Hydrochloric Acid, immediately causing extreme corrosion on D-9832's skin and organs, Killing her. Any further testing must be approved by Personnel level 2 or higher.
