Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained on Site-06-3. Electric cables, set to 2,000 watt(s), must surround SCP-XXXX in a box-like formation. At least 2 security personnel are to maintain constant around-the-clock monitoring of SCP-XXXX. Any/all civilians who witness or have witnessed SCP-XXXX are to be administered a Class A amnesiac. SCP-XXXX is not to have any contact with SCP-XXXX-A. If SCP-XXXX does make contact with SCP-XXXX-A, any/all attempts must be made to separate the two. Should SCP-XXXX attempt a containment breach, site personnel are to begin evacuating non-essential staff and notify surrounding sites.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a humanoid male, approximately 1.9m tall. SCP-XXXX is dressed in a black suit, black dress pants, and a black bowler hat. Facial features are unclear, due to what appears to be TV static covering SCP-XXXX's face. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX has the capability of speech, as none of the Site's personnel have heard it talk.
SCP-XXXX was recovered on █/██/██, in [DATA EXPUNGED], by MTF Alpha 9. When first contact was made with SCP-XXXX, █ personnel were killed, and █ personnel wounded. SCP-XXXX was also recovered with SCP-XXXX-A, which appears to be a black umbrella; no manufacturer label has been located on SCP-XXXX-A yet. Any attempts made to open SCP-XXXX-A have resulted in tragedy (See Addendum 1). SCP-XXXX-A appears to be the source of SCP-XXXX's abilities, as every time the two are seperated, SCP-XXXX appears docile, and harmless.
Whenever SCP-XXXX and XXXX-A are together, it seems that a major event occurs (Such as the JFK Assassination). SCP-XXXX has also been observed to be at several other major events in history. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX is the cause of these events, or if it merely observes them. It is, again, unknown if SCP-XXXX has the ability to manipulate time, is immortal, or is simply very old. The most recent reported sighting of SCP-XXXX was on 4/4/68, Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination.
Addendum 1: SCP-XXXX-A was sent through standard testing, as at the time it was considered not to be dangerous. Initial tests revealed nothing. Secondary tests were then conducted, during which Dr. ██████ was wounded and D-999876-B was killed.
