Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently held at Site-10. SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 6 X 7 meter cell furnished with a bed, a small table with 4 chairs, a desk with a computer-terminal {with heavily redacted information for it to access} (Needs rephrasing), and a recliner, ALL FURNITURE IS TO BE MADE OUT OF NON-ORGANIC MATERIALS. SCP-XXXX is granted 3 monitored hours a day to wander the facility whenever it request it, request must be approved by senior researcher on staff at time of request. Its exploring of the facility is to be kept within non restricted zones for its safety.
SCP-XXXX, upon request and approval by a level 3 or higher researcher may assist the repair teams on minor repairs when needed. Any interviews with SCP-XXXX must be confirmed with Dr. Monroe and one other senior researcher assigned to SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a male of Native American descent between 25-30 years old With an approximate height of 1.89 meters. It prefers to dress in a long sleeved stained shirt with overalls.
SCP-XXXX is capable of repairing any non-organic, non-anomalous items with a simple touch of its hand and prior knowledge to how the item is made. However it has been determined that this affect only works on items smaller than a common household dishwasher, and it is required that the SCP knows how the item is made.
SCP-XXXX came to the foundation's attention after Dr. Monroe joined the foundation, after leaving Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd., reporting several Chaos Insurgency outposts where SCP-XXXX was found repairing Chaos Agents weaponry. The SCP was taken into foundation custody where he was interviewed, see interview log XXXX-01.

Foreword: SCP-XXXX was questioned on how and when it obtained its ability as well as how it ended up in the hands of the insurgency.

Dr. Monroe "Your full name please."

Dr. Monroe "Thank you, Mr. W████ would you care to explain your anomalous ability and how you obtained it?"
SCP-XXXX "I've told you this already Ott- I mean Dr. Monroe i can fix small objects perfectly without tools and I have had this ability as long as i can remember."
Dr. Monroe "Mr. W████ how did you end up in the hands f the Chaos Insurgency?"
SCP-XXXX "Otto is all this formality necessary?"
At this point Dr. Monroe turns away from the camera and turns off his microphone as does SCP-XXXX.

Dr. Monroe "Mr. W████ Please answer the question."
SCP-XXXX "I was sold to them by MC&D as a man that could repair anything."
Dr. Monroe "Thank you Mr. W████ that is all the questions I have for you."
