As the sun exited the cold, unloving shadow of Earth, the creature that was formerly Laura Alski awoke. Before, she would cry, or attempt suicide. It wouldn't let her, though.
It appeared after she realised she was no longer human. It spoke in words that weren't 100% its, but they weren't hers either. She tried to talk to it, but it wasn't much for conversation.
How are you today?
[Silence]
So, when will I die?
You will leave when tomorrow comes.
We're in space, though. There's no tomorrow, no yesterday, no today!
Laura, you will leave when tomorrow comes.
Alright, thanks.
She looked at The Earth again. She was thirsty, as she hadn't had a drink in four years. She could do nothing, but laugh.
When tomorrow comes.
