Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be contained within a plot of land measuring 1km by 1km located in the Mojave Desert in Nevada, designated Area-17. This plot of land contains a seven room research complex for foundation staff, a small housing complex for all living Instances of SCP-XXXX, and an entrance to small cave centered in the middle of Area-17.
To maintain secrecy, Area-17 is concealed with four class one reality destabilizers to maintain the area's secrecy. Each destabilizer is to be placed at four designated locations. Additionally, three mechanics authorized in repair and study of class one destabilizers are to be on site at all times.
At least ten guards must be paroling the inside of Area-17 at all times, and no less than five guards must patrol the parameter at all times.
To further hide Area-17, a gas station is to be maintained by foundation staff all time at the edge of the destabilizers. No less than three foundation personnel are to be manning the station at any given time, and at least one must be at the register to confirm sales to passing civilians.
Anyone authorized to leave must first be administered Class F amnestics before redeployment.
Access to Area-17 is restricted to personnel authorized by the O-5 Council. Any attempt to enter or leave Area-17 without O-5 approval will be met with immediate termination. Any unauthorized individuals that make it through the destabilizers are to be terminated without question.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation for three types of anomalous entities. The first, designated SCP-XXXX-A, is an anomalous language of Native American origin. This language consists of a fourteen letter alphabet and ten numerical symbols. When spoken, these words contain no anomalous effects. But, when written, the words gain the power to alter certain parts of reality to the writers will. While limited in use, this effect has proven powerful in the right hands.
The second entity is the 1km by 1km plot of land designated SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B consists of the land and a small cave containing carvings of the language on its walls. The inside and outside of the cave has been shown to be unable to be damaged by conventional means such as blunt force from hammers, to explosions from dynamite and stray bullet fire. Notably, SCP-XXXX-A has no effect within SCP-XXXX-B.
The third type of entity, designated SCP-XXXX-C, are a small tribe of Native Americans of Navajo decent. The Tribe current consists of thrity-two members. Fifteen males, and seventeen females make up this small tribe. The youngest members are five children born in 20██. And the oldest, if they are be believed, was born in 16██. All tribe members over the age of ten bare tattooed words written in their language on their body. It has been noted that the ones bearing the most tattoos are treated with much more respect and trust than the others. The leader of the tribe, documented as SCP-XXXX-C-1 bears the most tattoos, as their body is almost completely covered in them.
SCP-XXXX-A has shown a wide range of use, though it is almost always used in tattoos to gain the effects. Tests have shown that these effects do carry over when written on paper and clothing, but not anything digital. Comprehensive knowledge of the language is require however for this to take effect.
During tests, the tattoos have been shown the ability to protect individuals from the elements, produce fire and lightning, and even allow them to understand languages they would normally not understand. When a word is spelled out on a surface, the effects of said word carry over. Clothing and paper with these words written also carry the same effects. While not as powerful as when on skin, it still proves to have impressive effects.
