SCP 096 and 999 TEST

Following data release is created by Researcher XXXX and Researcher XXXX. To attempt to cure SCP 096 of his suffering, we attempted to put 999 into the containment cell. Almost immediately after 999 saw 096's face he started to scream, SCP 999 went over to 096 and gave him a hug. Immediately 096 started to calm down and sit back down and seemingly laughing. It is almost like the test we did with 682 where he started to laugh and repeat "Happy" Maybe we can cure 096 and have it not be a threat anymore. This went on for 3 hours. 096 even started to play with 999. To ensure he is cured we sent 5 D-Classes, and surprisingly 096 didn't attack them. MTF walked into the cell to retrieve the D-Classes. We did it! We finally cured the unstoppable monster! We are able to look at his face without being mauled to death! When we retrieved SCP-999, 096 looked a bit sad but was still friendly to the MTF. Monthly 096 cell clean ups were mandatory. All photographs of 096 and video footage isnt released to the public but is now safe to watch or witness.
