Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object class: Euclid

Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be maintained within a 20m by 30m room, furnished with the standard commodities given to researchers living on-site. Cameras are to be positioned within the room so that no blind-spots may be formed in order to keep SCP-XXXX always in sight. SCP-XXXX is to be allowed into the cafeteria in order to eat throughout the day so as to provide interaction with the site staff and avoid potentially dangerous states of depression or melancholy.

SCP-XXXX is to be kept under strict observation during work hours at Site-██, as well as accompanied by a three-man security team whenever interacting with other locally contained SCPs. Requests to interact with SCP-682, SCP-096, SCP-049, SCP-███ and SCP-035 are to be given to any O5 on-site. If there is no O5 present on-site, the requests are to be denied.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a male humanoid entity that stands at 1.83 meters tall and weighs 90 kg as of last recorded medical checkup. It appears to be of the Caucasian race with brown hair and brown eyes. The only outward sign of SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature is the elongation of the cuspids from the standard human measurements, providing it with a "vampiric" appearance. As of June 25th of 2020, SCP-XXXX has not displayed any outward signs that would confirm the suspicion of some staff members regarding plausible vampiric infection.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature manifests itself in a regenerative ability, not unlike that of SCP-682. It is unclear as of yet whether any relation exists between SCP-XXXX and SCP-682. Experimentation to quantify the extent of SCP-XXXXs regenerative abilities has been postponed until further notice upon SCP-XXXXs request, as the process itself is very painful and seemingly distressing. (See Addendum XXXX-A)

SCP-XXXX was found on the 24th of June of ████ in the █████ library near Salt Lake City, Utah by Foundation member Doctor Emeritus ██████. Doctor Emeritus ██████ engaged in conversation with SCP-XXXX and ascertained that SCP-XXXX was able to provide worthwhile help to Foundation research, archival and scientific investigation. SCP-XXXX was hired and signed into the Foundation Archival division to aid and contribute in the transferring of all manuscripts with Foundation information into a digital format. Hence, SCP-XXXX is keenly aware of the purposes of the Foundation, as well as the SCPs kept in containment both within and outside of Foundation sites.
Addendum XXXX-A

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Falker
Foreword: Subject was given psychological evaluation by on-site psychologist after falling unconscious during regeneration of left arm.
Begin log.
Dr. Falker: Welcome back. You had quite the spill there, so I am told. Did the regeneration not go well?
SCP-XXXX: I… Where am… My arm? It’s gone… My arm? Where is…? Oh… There it is…

Faint rustling can be heard, hospital bed sheets being moved about while SCP-XXXX inspects the regenerated limb.

Dr. Falker: Good as new?
SCP-XXXX: New? Oh… Yes, new. It is good. Yes.

SCP-XXXX can be heard babbling softly while Dr. Falker walks to the intercom located beside the secured door.

Dr. Falker returns to his seat, SCP-XXXX is unconscious once again and the recording is silent for a few minutes. After the period of silence, SCP-XXXX can be heard stirring once more.
