Attention:
Special Containment Procedures: No activities of anyone who has approach-ability to SCP-5000's containing zone is allowed at any time sans Site-██ Senior's consent. Any such interaction must be keeping watch on more than 30 armed guards outside of the containing zone. All of the other staff (Research, Site administrators, etc.) are evacuating from the containing zone at least one hundred meters away. Any of the abnormal conditions have been detected, VX toxic gas must be insufflated to the containing zone immediately after one Site administrator's permission. SCP-5000 is to be stored in a box(without any direct or indirect interaction with air)The key should be left in Site-██ senior’s care. Any transportation of SCP-5000 must be done by robots. The box containing SCP-5000 is to be contained in a sealed container. The containing room will be formed with 3 layers.
The first layer is sealed up to avoid the air inside direct contact with outside air. The personnel who expect to enter this cabin must be approved by more than two of Site Administrators
The Second layer is filled with 1/5 Carbon Monoxide as a cabin between the first layer.
The Third layer remains under 24 hours surveillance.
Outside of Site which contains SCP-5000 must build a unique exhaust vent for ventilating the air from SCP-5000's containing room. Every week should emit exhaust the gas in the first layer of SCP-5000's containing zone. And 200 meters around the exhaust vent should have remained under 24 hours surveillance. Anyone including animals who have behaviors to approach the exhaust vent should be arrested or eliminated instantaneously.

At the same time, Researchers have already found the substance in the SCP-173's contained zone, the reddish-brown substance on the floor which was being considered as feces and blood. There is 2 percent of it from SCP-5000's liquid. But can't be affirmed as SCP-5000 is the source of the hostility of other SCP creatures while comparing with the experiment of SCP-096.
