Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5147 is to be kept under 24/7 surveillance behind a ten-foot thick concrete wall. Any and all roads going to and from SCP-5147 are to be rerouted, and any civilians caught entering within a 200m parameter are to be taken in for questioning. If there are any less than 10 Security personnel at all times, the situation is to be treated as a containment breach. When this happens all remaining guards are to look out for any anomalies outside of SCP-5147.

One D-Class personnel is to enter SCP-5147 once every month, due to [DATA EXPUNGED]. No personnel below Level 3 are permitted to enter the site. Any researchers going to and from SCP-5147 are to be escorted by at least 4 Level 3 Security personnel.

Description: SCP-5147 is a restaurant located in █████, in the city ████. The restaurant resembles an '80s looking Olive Garden with an area of 64 meters. From outside the restaurant looks full of people, but inside there are no apparent life forms. Once you stay inside the restaurant for more than 15 minutes you will be transported to a different dimension. Inside this dimension, the restaurant seems to have been abandoned long ago. The only present lifeform is SCP-5147-1 who appears to be a pitch-black humanoid creature, SCP-5147-1 has not been observed to be aggressive towards personnel. The longer you stay in SCP-5147, more of SCP-5147-1 will appear. The environment around SCP-5147 in its dimension is foggy and barren.
