Time Of Discovery:xx.xx.1999. SCP-5541 was discovered after a news document talked about people that have been missing for various amounts of time coming out of the theater.several other news documents about the building have been deleted or destroyed by the foundation.
Similar to SCP-3008,the entrance to SCP-5541 is to be monitored closely at all times.humans exiting SCP-5541 are to be contained and held until given further instructions by class 3 personal. No humans are to be allowed entrance outside of testing.
Description:SCP-5541 is a movie theater that measures approximately 60 meters in length,50 meters in width, and 20 meters in height although the size,and style of the inside varies greatly depending on the person inside and their preferences.
Whilst the inside of the theater may vary depending on the person or persons inside,the main room or "snack bar" remains the same for everyone with only the posters changing. Behind the counter is a person, referred to as SCP-5541-1. SCP-5541-1 can not be harmed,or killed,in any way. The appearance and age of SCP-5541-1 also vary with the style of the theater although the most common appearance of SCP-5541-1 is a white,16 year old male that is 1.8 meters tall,with a name tag that reads "George". SCP-5541-1,or "George" as he will be addressed as for the remainder of the document will serve anyone the snacks and drinks available if they are able to pay.
All food and drink items have been tested several different times,in more than 20 ways. Although they seem to just be normal snacks with no unusual features or ingredients. It is unknown how the food and beverages are restocked as attempts to find out have failed. On one occasion during a test involving SCP-5541, a D class personnel had disappeared with no evidence or clues of where he went. Two days later,he was back in the site from which he was originally held. When questioned,he had no memory of the incident and only remembered entering SCP-5541, nothing else.
During one of the tests, another D class was told to enter the staff room which is located directly beside the snacks bar. When he reached the door, George appeared in front of the door and politely told him that he was not allowed to enter the room,as it was for staff only. The D class was then instructed by security to enter anyway,and then the D class vanished, and presumed dead after not returning.
When inside the theater,if viewing a movie,time will pass differently,with people going in, coming out days,or sometimes even weeks later. To the person who was viewing the movie,only the time of the of the movie has passed. For those who don't understand,a person might go in to the theater, whilst in the snack bar area, time won't be affected,but immediately upon entering one of the viewing rooms,time will speed up, for example,a man might go into the theater to view a movie that is two hours long,to him,two hours will pass and he will leave,but for the rest of the world, days, weeks, months,or even years have passed,there is no pattern to the time change.
If more than one person attempts to enter one viewing room at the same time,they may go through the same door,but they will end up in different rooms. No psychological or physical damage is done to anyone that enters the theater unless they attempt to damage the building,or enter the staff room.
Not much else is known about SCP-5541.
