To ██████ ████: I must implore that you increase the security measures regarding SCP-5465. Normally, an anomaly as docile as SCP-5465 doesn't require strict containment measures. However, I believe that SCP-5465 has some capabilities that it is hiding from the foundation. The most prominent I believe to be the ability to move souls on the physical plane. SCP-5465 is hiding the truth behind the death of the night janitor found in front of SCP-5465. He, Mr. Mane, had no signs of external or internal damage. He had no record of serious illnesses or heart problems either. SCP-5465-1 did something to Mr. Mane and is hiding it.

Take into consideration that Mr. Mane is still alive, but outside his body. SCP-5465-1's reaction to the murderous D-class did not seem like a ruse so I truly believe a "corrupt" soul is not allowed near Limbo. While the idea that SCP-5465-1 could have killed Mr. Mane isn't out of the question, it seems unlikely as killing Mr. Mane would most likely contaminate SCP-5465-1 in some way. If SCP-5465-1 has control over souls in Limbo then it is not farfetched that it has control over souls in our reality.

This brings me to the idea I fear most: that SCP-5465-1 can, in some way, create anomalies. SCP-5465-1 has an effect on souls. If it can forcibly remove them from a host then it can perhaps forcibly put said soul into an object. What if some of the SCP's we have in our possession are really just souls trapped in a strange host. SCP-5465-1 might not intentionally make these anomalies but it could still be the cause of their existence. To prevent possible anomalies being made, or anomalies to change hosts, SCP-5465 should have increased containment measures. - Dr. Nicolas Grigori.

Dr. Grigori, I have reviewed your letter and has decided to accept your proposal. Anomalies can be dangerous and unpredictable, and sometimes increased measures of containment are necessary even if the anomaly is not immediately dangerous. The idea that SCP-5465-1 could create new SCP's is alarming. While not shown, I will go on your word that it could possibly happen. I will also decrease the number of those who can access the logs and keep this letter between us and my superiors. - ██████ ████
