Special Containment Procedures
Any and all forms of auditory, visual, and physical monitoring, recording, and storage are strictly prohibited by those above D class personnel and such action will result in the accused’s and/or their device’s (whether imagined or not) termination, disintegration, and storage in [REDACTED]. Contact with SCP-4002 is to be conducted between 0400 and 1700 only. All personnel in contact with SCP-4002 are to be sterilized and to record any and all information relevant to SCP-4002 status and behavior than cleansed, retrograded and then terminated. Subjects unwilling to comply with these procedures are to be subject to immediate termination by means of [REDACTED].
Description
SCP-4002 resembles an embedded pentagram of 20 meters in diameter (SCP-4002-1). Symbols along the sides of the pentagram resemble that of [ACCESS RESTRICTED TO B CLASS PERSONNEL]. It appears unable to move by all accounts. The first sighting was found in [REDACTED], Tennessee in the town of Moundsville and was removed from the site. Those in contact with SCP-4002 have shown signs of intense aggression to those around them similar to the strangulation and mutilation of XXXXXX XXXXXX. By the time of recording, Moundsville was reduced to ashes. There seems to be an area of influence by the range of its “follower” (hereby classified as SCP-4002-2).
