be put in a corner of the cell, and is to be moved each month.
No more than 2 research personnel and 2 guards are to observe and Feed SCP 4461.
Description: Is an eel-like creature with around 10 Tentacle like limbs. It moves around either by Using its Tentacles to hold its self on walls and ceilings, Slithering, or swimming. But becomes docile when in any liquid. It produces offspring by ingesting And digesting Any type off meat. Including human.

On ██/16/1997 Task Force Lambda 12 ("Pest Control") Was called to a farm in ████████ kentucky,
At ██:50 On the basis that a Family, That Family's Cattle, And A Railroad Worker went missing.
Suspected to have been Killed.
Interviewed: Lt Anderrson.
Interviewer: Dr. Powers.
Foreword: This interview was conducted After Containment of SCP 4461, Were Lieutenant Anderrson describes the operation.

Dr Powers: "So Lieutenant, After Briefing, you left Site ██ And You were transported by truck, then by helicopter to the farm?"
Lt Anderrson: "yes. Once we reached the Area, we headed towards the farm, at this point the Commander stopped us and broke us up in to two teams, Alpha 1 and Beta 1."
Dr Powers: "Could you elaborate on what Alpha 1 and Beta 1 Were supposed to do?"
Lt Anderrson: "I was a Part of Alpha 1. Alpha 1 was going to check out the farm while Beta 1 was going to check out the tracks and search the back of the property, Then meet up together and check the basement."
Dr Powers: "Why Just the basement?"
Lt Anderrson: "Well, Uh… I Don't know actually. its.. Complicated."
Lt Anderrson: "Basements are just scary, usually only one entrance / exit, Dark, Damp, and a bunch of other things."
Dr Powers: "Now, Lets get to the mission."
Lt Anderrson: "ok, ok, After the Commander split us up we headed to the farm, we had to climb the fence Because the gate was locked. This fence was like Brick and had Metal Spikes on the top, unusual for a farm. Once we got onto the property, we examined the yard and where the cattle would graze. 'Ace' Found bits and pieces of cow scattered everywhere."
Lt Anderrson: "Once we had 'Jock' Scrape up those pieces of cow, we enter the barn. In the water tanks were the cows get their water, we found weird round 2 inch things with tentacles."
Dr Powers: "SCP 4461's offspring."
Lt Anderrson: "You Already have a name for those things?!"
Dr Powers: "How many did you observe in the tanks?"
Lt Anderrson: "12."
Dr Powers: "ok, Did you find any adults?"
Lt Anderrson: "Yes, It jumped on 'Jock''s face. Injured him badly, it had like octopus like teeth, we torched it."
Dr Powers: "you had flame throwers?"
Lt Anderrson: "yes."
Lt Anderrson: "At that point Beta 1 found us, they said they found nothing. then we went to search the farm house. 'Code' yes, really 'Code' put the offspring in a ziploc bag. He feed them cow pieces.
Only 1 Survived."
Lt Anderrson: "I found the dead wife and dog upstairs in the bathroom, the door had a wide hole in it and i shot another adult."
Lt Anderrson "then we went down into the basement, sometimes you see eldritch gods in this job, but that nest was too much."
