Description: SCP-453-J is a humanoid elderly man, wearing a blue vest, gray jeans, black shoes, and glasses. He is commonly referred to as 'Jim Pickens' by witnesses of breaches. Other names given to him by civilian witnesses include but are not limited to: Dear Leader, Our Lord and Savior, and Jim Reaper. The first recorded sightings of SCP-453-J are videos of a man on YouTube called 'Call Me Kevin' playing Sims 4 with SCP-453-J being the said Sim. SCP-453-J is a notorious serial killer, who has opened a cannibal restaurant, which was quickly shut down by disguised Foundation agents. Revealed by an NTF Squad searching his house after containing SCP-453-J reported finding several chambers, all of them holding severely malnourished people forced to paint SCP-453-J, theorized to be for SCP-453-J's monetary gain. SCP-453-J has killed at least 90 innocent lives in his lifetime, that includes Denis Racket, the O'Donnell Family, Mr. Generic, and many more. A part-time job aside from his Serial Killer lifestyle, SCP-453-J has somehow starred in four movies, 453-J was ranked as the number one actor on the market for a short time period. After starring in his last movie, 'Kill Joy', he began to take over a separate universe, which he described as being 'More Valuable' than our universe. He went about this by creating a virus called, 'Cult', his plan was, in fact, successful.
SCP-453-J's powers and abilities include but are hopefully limited to; 'The Book of Chaos': This book enables SCP-453-J to have the following powers; Alien Abduction: A UFO appears above a selected victims head, directly after the appearance of this UFO, the victim will be abducted into the UFO and return in 24 hours. Kiss of Death: Upon SCP-453-J kissing a victim, the victim will spontaneously combust into flames. The following powers are not granted by 'The Book of Chaos'. Death's Influence: Caused by being close friends with the Grim Reaper, giving him immortality and almost god-like powers.
The Main Bulk of SCP-453-J's powers is his army of SCP-453-J-1, 'Pickens Cultist'. His cultists assist him in his nefarious acts, them getting signals of his danger telepathically. Though, Foundation technology intercepts telepathic signals before escaping Site-[REDACTED]. SCP-453-J converts normal humans into SCP-453-J-1 by doing a process of [REDACTED] after this he [REDACTED] their brain, reverting them to a primal state. After this, he takes telepathic control over them, permanently.
