Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4822 is to be kept in nearby sites at all intervals passed 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. SCP 4822 is allowed to roam any nearby towns using the SCP's properties with a population >1,000 any town with <1,000 however, SCP 4822 is NOT allowed to use it's properties. Entering Metropolitan areas is strictly prohibited. SCP-4822 is to be kept in a Humanoid containment cell. (Exceptions: if there are no Humanoid containment cells, 4822 is to be kept in a Class D containment Cell Normal containment cell.)
Monthly examination is to be carried out by groups of three class-D personnel at a time. Their examination will be to stand in a interrogation room, and must ask 4822 questions about it's properties, General questions, and ████████. SCP 4822 is to be kept in a CLEAN and tight to prevent Any breaches.
Description:
SCP-4822 Is a human child within the range of it being 9 years old. its height is 4FT, 3IN and the width is 9IN. Properties consist of Being able to Conjure up any material and Object, can Remove
any material or object from existence, And Will after being shot, burned, stabbed, drugged, ETC. will heal the wounds if not dead. (If fatally wounded, and/or clinically dead, 4822 will be alive exactly 18 hours after "Death".)

On ██ /██/20██, At ██:██ the Chaos insurgency raid on Site ██ near ███████, Russia an interview was happening between D-8421, D-3206, and D-6698 on 4822. it goes as following:
D-3206 asked "So.. uh.." D-3206 flipped through the clipboard. "are you fluent in any other language than english?" 4822 responded with "Да, я. ты слышишь это сейчас?"
D-6698 commented "…" D-6698 grabbed out a translation book about russian to english. "can you say that again?
4822 responded with "Да, я. ты слышишь это сейчас." in an annoyed tone.
D-6698 responed with "yes i heard- HOLY HELL?!"
at this point 4822 transformed into a spiderlike creature (now know as 4822-2) and said "I SMELL CHAOS.."
the 2 guards outside of Interview room 82, entered the room and reported on the Spiderlike creature and the incoming threat.
(Added comment: That SCP 4822-2 may have saved my life from the chaos insurgency raid, but due to the recent transformation we have to reclassify 4822 as Eucild. said Dr. milani)
