Per 
On [REDACTED] a note was found on the desk of Dr. "Pred". After looking into this note unknown letters and or words were on the page. Soon after this discovery Dr. "Pred" returned asking for the note". When they handed the note to him whispering could be heard for a couple seconds. That Is when a Guard screamed then precede to shoot at the wall. After he was finished shooting he fell on the floor apparently dying from a heart attack. The note was one of the first many seen through the Foundation. Whenever someone finds one Dr. "Pred" appears either in the room or behind a door they try to get out from.
Anytime someone picks up a note they reportedly die within 3 minutes of holding it. The First Note is lost within the Foundation. Dr. "Pred" is also lost within the Foundation and if seen must be reported to either a guard or a senior Scientist. Do Not Go Near The First Note.
